Cozy with issues

The property was cozy and clean but there were definitely some issues. The biggest being the bathroom especially the shower. Though modern looking and visually appealing, the renovations were not week done. The water mixer for the shower seems to have been installed backwards so that where one would expecthott there was cold with very low water pressure. The shower basin didn't slope to drain and the drain guard was loose. The water gathered at the back and I believe it was leaking through where the base met the wall wall tiles were loose and there was a large amount of clear silicone trying to repair this spot, inaffectively.

Great little house

We came down for the Truck race. Martinsville Speedway was less than a 10 minute drive. Very nice and extremely clean house that seemed to be in a good area.
