LUBAR holiday homes is a new holiday philosophy .. new high quality facilities at an always affordable price .. with an unattainable quality / price ratio.
You will feel like entering a 5-star hotel but with all the comfort of an entire apartment at your disposal.
The structure was completely renovated in 2017 and I can say that it faithfully reflects my philosophy: modern structure with quality furnishings, highly technological, with all the services you can imagine, positioned in front of the sea in the beating heart of Villa Rosa.
Think of the pleasure of being able to take a bath at midnight only by going out of the structure's door and being a few steps from the sea.
The structure is an attic on the 2nd floor and has a huge terrace that runs around the house and from which you can see the beach and the sea in the front .. but in the back there is also a splendid view of the mountains . The terrace furniture is also trendy .. armchairs, table and chairs are signed by a stylist.
It will be wonderful to drink an evening aperitif or enjoy a dinner prepared by you while enjoying the splendid view of the sea.
All rooms have large TV screens and in the living room the TV is hung from the ceiling and motorized. Even the window shutters are all motorized.
The bathroom is very modern with a huge shower and a huge shower head .. but above all it is sanitized at every tourist change (something that goes beyond disinfection) with a seal of guarantee.
The bedrooms are at the top .. I don't think it's possible to have anything better. Brand new and modern furniture with supply of the whole
bed linen.
All rooms have air conditioning.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Top Lage, Umgebung ordentlich. Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Ausstattung sehr gut. Gerade die Klima hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Es könnte ein wenig mehr Geschirr geben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Buongiorno Es war einfach super. Die lage sowie auch die Wohnung war top. Es sah alles genau wie auf den bildern aus. Wir werden definitiv nächstes jahr wieder kommen. Der Besitzer war super freundlich und mit ihm in Kontakt zu kommen war super einfach. Wir waren absolut begeistert eine klare Empfehlung.

Die Wohnung wird falsch angepriesen, kein Aufzug, altes schmales Treppenhaus, von 5 Sternen kann nicht die Rede sein.Unterkunft war nicht richtig sauber,sandiger Fussboden und Spiegel mit Schlieren. Ausstattung war ok,schöner Balkon.Durchgelegene Matratzen in neuem Bett,hier hat man gespart.Kommunikatoon war sehr gut.Flasche Prosecco zum Einzug erhalten! Zum sehr schönen Strand nur über die Strasse ansonsten am Abend wenig los. Insgesamt war es ok {3 Sterne) aber auch nicht mehr. ,

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Ciao Ragazzi, wir hatten einen wunderschönen und leider viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt. Gleich nach der Buchung wurden wir sehr einfach und unkompliziert vom Vermieter kontaktiert. Die sehr zuvorkommende Art des Vermieters haben wir auch wieder bei unserer Ankunft festgestellt als er uns durch die Wohnung führte und unter anderem seine Stereoanlage präsentierte mit extra neu und aktuell aufgespielter Musik auf einem USB Stick. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Meer und bietet so die Möglichkeit zu Fuß an den Strand zu gelangen und bei Bedarf auch mal kurz zurück in die Wohnung zu können. Der Blick vom fantastischen und großen Balkon reicht vom Meer bis in die Berge und bietet die Möglichkeit das Frühstück und den Abend/die Nacht im Freien zu verbringen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und ist mit mehreren TV-Geräten, Stereoanlage und Klimageräten technisch auf einem neuen Stand. Auch die Küche mit Spülbecken, Herd, Backofen, Dunstabzug, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sowie Espresso Maschine bietet inkl. der notwendigsten Utensilien alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Bevorzugt man lieber das Abendessen außerhalb zu genießen gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung die auch eine Abwechslung ermöglichen. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Café, Schuh- und Sportgeschäft, usw. ist direkt in der Nähe und sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Aufenthalt von Ende August bis Anfang September am Ende der Hauptsaison war sehr angenehm bei druchgehend 26 Grad und man hatte am Strand keine Probleme ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden. Parkplätze für Autos findet man rund um die Wohnung an der Promenade oder alternativ in der Parallelstraße hinter dem Haus. Die vielen Zeilen hier im Nachgang noch zu investieren war es uns definitiv wert, da es die Wohnung sehr verdient hat. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort nochmal buchen und bedanken uns für den wundervollen Aufenthalt beim Vermieter!

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo soggiorno, proprietario disponibile e molto gentile. La posizione è ottima in quanto sul lungo mare, mare stupendo e zona molto tranquilla. Casa esattamente come in foto, pulita e ben arredata, ma presenti pochi mobili. Terrazzo enorme e vivibilissimo, forse un tendone per evitare il sole avrebbe un po' aiutato la vivibilità anche di giorno!! Consigliatissimo!

Bella vacanza!

Lucio è veramente una persona molto professionale,sempre disponibile e simpatico. L'appartamento è in una zona veramente bella a 2 minuti di orologio a piedi dalla spiaggia sia libera che privata...a proposito chiedete a lui vi consiglierà un bagno vicinissimo e molto bello. L'appartamento molto pulito,il terrazzo enorme è spettacolare con una vista sia sul mare che sui monti. Anche il bagno veramente bello e doccia che ci si sta larghi in 2,bellissima. Unica pecca è il poco spazio per sistemare i vestiti e il fatto che manca l'ascensore al secondo piano. Cmq se volete passare una bella vacanza la consiglio vivamente. Grazie Lucio!

Ferien direkt am Strand in Villa Rosa

Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter hat von Anfang an super geklappt. Alle unsere Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr modern. Die Terasse ist super: man sieht das Meer, hat aber auch eine gute Sicht ins Hinterland. Die Lage des Mehrfamilienhauses ist super: direkt am Strand, Restaurants & Gelaterias in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann zu Fuss ins Getümmel und das Nachtleben geniessen. Aber weil die Wohnung nach hinten (vom Strand weg) ausgerichtet ist, kann man auch ungestört schlafen wenn an der Promenade noch Betrieb ist. Man kann auch zu Fuss einkaufen gehen. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar erlaubt, dass unsere älteste Tochter in der 2.Woche auch bei uns in der Wohnung logieren darf obwohl die Wohnung nur für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben ist. Mit einer aufblasbaren mitgebrachten Matratze hat das super geklappt. Die zusätzliche Wäsche wurde uns kostenlos vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Herzlichen Dank! Wenn die Abbruzzen wieder unser Reiseziel sind, werden wie den Vermieter wieder kontaktieren.

Ein fast perfektes Feriendomizil

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung,qualitativ hohe Ausstattung, sehr guter Herd und Backofen, für Leute, die gerne selbst kochen, ist alles Wesentliche vorhanden (für deutsche Urlauber: es gibt keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine, lediglich eine Kapselmaschine), schönes Tageslichtbad mit Fön, sehr große Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln, es gibt in jedem Zimmer einen Fernseher mit englischen und italienischen Programmen, die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, Restaurants, Eisdielen und Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar, kilometerlange Spaziergänge und Fahrrad fahren in Strandnähe sind kein Problem, eine Einschränkung waren die zahlreichen Stechmücken, vor allem in den Abend-und Nachtstunden, falls von Bedeutung: es gibt kein wlan, die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter verlief sehr gut. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Schöne Ferienwohnung, im 2. Stock gelegen mit sehr großem Balkon. Netter Empfang durch den Vermieter mit problemloser Schlüsselübergabe. Wir haben den Meerblick und den Blick aufs Hinterland mit den Apenninbergen genossen. Zum Strand braucht man nur ein paar Schritte gehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist funktional, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Gebäude selbst ist hier und da noch etwas renovierungsbedürftig. 3 Fernseher mit inländischen Programmen stehen zur Verfügung. Leider ist (noch) kein WLAN vorhanden, ansonsten kann man die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Struttura al di sopra della media e mare stupendo!

La struttura é veramente bella e funzionale, anche i dettagli sono molto curati, la terrazza poi é stupenda. Il mare é meraviglioso ed é a 30 metri di distanza, le spiaggie, sia libere che attrezzate sono molto pulite. Il padrone di casa é una persona squisita, abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza. Consiglieremo sicuramente Casa Lubar ad amici e conoscenti che vorranno trascorrere una piacevole vacanza e che cercano una bella struttura. Casa Lubar é decisamente al di sopra della media.

Super god lejlighed med den skønneste store terrasse, hvor man kunne slappe af og se vandudsigt

Alt fungerede godt, skønt soveværelse, godt lille køkken, stor terrasse, 2 min fra stranden. Alt var så funktionelt og der var så dejligt rent og enkelt og nemt at holde det ordenligt. Sød vært der gav os lokal vin og god kaffe. Der var vaskemaskine, hvilke er fedt når man er en hel familie. Vi kommer gerne igen :)

Wohlfühloase

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und den Begebenheiten angepasst. Der Vermieter hat auf jede Kleinigkeit geachtet und bei der Einrichtung an die Wünsche seiner Gäste gedacht. So ist in jedem Zimmer ein Fernsehgerät, die Küche ist zusätzlich noch mit einem Tiefkühler ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage war eine nützliche Angelegenheit bei diesen Temperaturen! Auf der Terrasse kann man relaxen und nebenbei die Waschmaschine laufen lassen. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür und die Berge vor Augen machen diese Ferienwohnung zu etwas besonderen! Sehr empfehlenswert und gern wieder!

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche Anfang April dort. Die Geschmakvolle Wohnung ist geräumig und komplett mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine grosse Balkon, zwei Schalfräumen, eine Dusche/WC und ein geräumiger Wohnessbereich mit Küche. Alles war sauber und in guten gepflegten Zustand. Die Wohnung ist nicht Barrierefrei (2 Stock ohne Lift). Der Strand ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Vermieter war sehr höflich und bemüht. Wir können diese Wohnung jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen und würden auch selbst dort wieder Urlaub machen.
