Rustic Bungalow Beach Cottage at Rexhame Beach

This bungalow is a short 3 minute walk to the sandy shores of Rexhame Beach. The home is located on a dead-end terrace and only three steps separate the ground level from the floor level, making this property suitable for children and seniors alike. The property was recently remodeled with many updated conveniences added, yet the home maintains the feel of a beach cottage from years ago!

We prefer to rent full weeks that start and end on Saturdays! You may ask about availability of renting half-weeks, but they will conform to the following format:
FRONT HALF: Arrive Saturday at 2:00 p.m., depart Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.
BACK HALF: Arrive Wednesday at 9:00 a.m., depart Saturday at 10:00 p.m.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

The home can comfortably accommodate four people. There is room to park up to five cars off-road. You can beach-walk up to six miles starting on Rexhame Beach; going north to the mouth of the North River in Scituate or south to Bluefish Cove and the entrance to Green Harbor. Surf cast for keepers right from the beach to the east, or play with the schoolies in the South River Estuary to the west. Skim board at low tide, while boogie boarding and surfing are Rexhame favorites, waves permitting! Launch your own boat or rent a charter boat out of Green Harbor. Fabulous restaurants abound but particularly in and around Brant Rock.

Quiet, welcoming, and perfect!

We came up to Massachusetts for a large family reunion, but wanted a quiet place aL our own. This charming cottage in Marshfield was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive and friendly, everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was the perfect amount of space for our small family. The small kitchen had everything we needed, window units easily handled the summer heat, and the location was quiet but within easy distance of everything we had planned. 10/10 would recommend.

This cottage is a great place to spend summer vacation at the beach. It is quiet ,clean , and only 3 minutes from the beach. Can't wait for next year!

The Perfect Getaway!

We loved our recent stay near Rexhame Beach! 3 minutes from cottage to sand!!! Rexhame Beach is one of our favorite places, and the fact that they allow dogs on the beach AND that we were so close were both bonuses. The cottage is located on a dead end street and it's a very quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you need for a getaway. Thanks for everything Jim! We look forward to coming back.
