Nice hotel but a bit out of the centre

Hotel was lovely. Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Pool nice but some sun beds missing. Useful to have a fridge in the room and coffee/tea plentiful. Was quite a way from the harbour and surrounding area not very pretty but only 10 min walk to metro and travel tickets excellent and inexpensive

We stayed a week at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel was modern and maid service was great. We had breakfast each day which was adequate. The pool at the hotel was small with around 8 sunbeds. There was a nice outside terrace area next to the pool. Cannot fault the hotel. It was in a residential area with a 5 minute walk to the Metro which takes to the Port in 10 minutes.

Clean and comfortable stay

It was very nice. Easy access yo public transport. Breakfast was bountiful with lots of different choices. The room was very efficient and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

So this Hotel has the best Breakfast so far hands down...the extra pay is absolutely worth it. The Staff were all great especially with the ladies at the restaurant morning breakfast, very helpful. Pretty much everything about the hotel is great, good size rooms, and clean. the lights needs to be modularized though...one switch lights everything on. Now, the area around the hotel once you step out of the gate is so unpleasant it kills the vibe....its pretty dirty. But it was a great experience all around.

The hotel is not located in a tourist area and is an 8 min walk to the metro to take you there. The old port is a much nicer area to stay . The hotel itself was clean and the rooms arw comfortable - but i would choose a hotel closer to the port if returning

The staff was very helpful and cordial, and I like everything about the hotel from the staff to the safe and quietness of the hotel. I definitely will comeback for another stay and I would recommend this hotel to other tourists.

Overall a great stay with very clean, modern and comfortable hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Only downside was the pool was not being cleaned frequently enough due to high use which made the water dirty.
