Food in the restaurant was the worst I’ve had in Morocco or any hotel. Salads at lunch inedible. Breakfasts - terrible choice - hot foods served cold so there was just a microwave there for everyone to share to heat their food up. Next to this for the entire hotel to share was one 2 slice toaster with the handle broken off so you had to use the metal screw to push it down to toast the bread.
Drinks were ok when they had stock in, mint tea lovely when ordered outside of breakfast time. Cocktails to be avoided.
Suites were beautiful and massive. We had a family suite and it had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge area. A little dated which we expected from other reviews but the cleaners did an amazing job every day. Bathrooms past point of acceptable and in dire need of investment. Toilets run all night and showers not useable other than as a hand shower.
We’d booked 4 days here with the plan to go to the spa 2 of days but when I went to book I was told it was closed for the next 2 days. I therefore booked my family and myself day passes to Oaseria instead. When I mentioned this to the manager the following day he was confused as he hadn’t known the spa was closed.
When we asked the front desk for anything, unless the manager was there they said they couldn’t help.
Minimal view of Atlas Mountains. Not a safe area to walk outside the hotel grounds. Dog on site friendly but occasionally nips when licking hand
Honestly we were shocked as the reviews had been so good.
