We stayed just one night on our way to another destination, however it would have well been worth it for a longer stay. Beautiful grounds, clean and well maintained property and, "room." The host was pleasant upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was easy.

The room my brother in law has a kitchen. There isn’t anything to get a drink of water out of in this room except a coffee cup. Those cups are advertising ones for purchase. A bottle opener in the room with a kitchen is needed.

The grounds were nice, inviting, and relatively secluded; the fish pool was also a nice touch. The room, however, felt cheap. Bathroom towels smelled musty like they sat wet in a dryer too long before drying. Noise insulation was minimal as we could hear the neighbors downstairs. Passing trains kept blowing their horns loudly all night.

Little Oasis

Cute and cozy little apartment over a garage, complete with a fully functioning kitchenette. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all activities that we had planned. Additional units on property but you would never know that there were other travelers on site.

The property is set in a quaint. quiet setting with a koi pond and is convenient to the areas of interest. Other larger hotel properties are set near the train tracks and crossings. Six train passages at night caused our friends to have sleepless nights at a much higher room rate.

Awesome place

This was an exceptional stay. I would highly highly recommend this quaint place. Beautiful grounds and comfy room. Only downside is I wish we could have stayed longer. The owner was prompt on all questions and very friendly. Will definitely come back.

We happened upon Trickling Waters and were pleasantly surprised with the place we stayed and its park-like surroundings. Our hosts were very low key but there if needed.
