Ruhige Wohnung mit grandioser Terrasse

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Diese Ferienwohnung punktet eindeutig durch ihre grandiose Terrasse mit dem Ausblick direkt auf den Iseo See. Wir waren im September in dieser Wohnung, so dass die Temperaturen moderat waren. im Sommer könnte es bei hohen Temperaturen problematisch werden, dort zu wohnen, da es keine Jalousien gegen die Hitze gibt. Eine Klimaanlage steht zur Verfügung, die allerdings separat bezahlt werden muss ( nach unserem Wissensstand). Die zwei Sonnenschirme, die vor Ort sind, reichen sicherlich nicht aus, um an heißen Tagen die große Terrasse zu nutzen. die Küche hätten wir uns etwas größer gewünscht, da wir auch im Urlaub gerne kochen und unsere Speisen selber zubereiten. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Küche nur eine Nische ist, die eher dazu gedacht, ist Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten zu zuzubereiten. Für das Wohnen während einer Schlechtwetterperiode ist die Wohnung eher ungeeignet, da ein richtiger Wohnraum nicht vorhanden ist. Für so einen Fall wäre sicherlich auch ein Fernseher nicht schlecht. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Um einiges besser als erwartet

Wir hatten ja schon aus dem Inserat einen äußerst positiven Eindruck des Objekts bekommen und waren dann trotzdem noch positiv überrascht, in welchem exzellenten Zustand sich die Wohnung befand. Die Wohnung ist mit so vielen kleinen Details hergerichtet, dass man fast meint, man befindet sich in einer Musterwohnung. Zudem: es waren mehr als ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet, alle technischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert, der Balkon war eine Wohlfühloase, ... wir waren auf Anhieb in die Wohnung verliebt. Falls es überhaupt etwas Negatives zu der Wohnung zu sagen gibt, dann folgendes: die Eisenbahn hinter dem Haus kann auf die Dauer schon ein wenig stören (ist aber auszuhalten, da nicht sonderlich viele Züge fahren) und der Balkon war von mittags bis abends äußerst heiß (die zwei Schirme konnten da nur wenig helfen). Außerhalb der Wohnung gibt es noch zu sagen: der Zugang zum Wasser ist verhältnismäßig schwierig (es gibt ein paar Meter weiter einen Zugang, über den man ins Wasser kommt, aber schön ist es dort nicht); die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und es gibt fast keinen Verkehr; einige hundert Meter weiter gibt es einen öffentlichen "Strand", der allerdings auch mehr als gut besucht ist; die Anreise ist aufgrund der vielen Tunnel sehr einfach und schnell, das Abstellen des Autos während den Tagesstunden gestaltet sich als schwierig. Abschließend: wir würden sofort nochmals dort hin fahren.

Udsigt!

Vi havde en dejlig uge i denne skønne lejlighed. Selve lejligheden var hyggeligt indrettet med den skønneste terrasse. Terrassen kunne dog ikke bruges om dagen, da der blev for varmt for os -trods to parasoller. Men vi havde de skønneste morgener og aftener, hvor vi nød udsigten og roen. Værterne var meget imødekommende og søde, da der var opstået forvirring med en dobbelt booking af lejligheden. Men problemet blev løst. Vi vil klart anbefale stedet til andre, der ønsker at besøge Iseo.

Wunderbare Aussicht in ruhiger Umgebung

Wer Ruhe und traumhafte Aussicht von der großen Dachterrasse nicht nur auf die Monte Isola genießen will, ist hier genau richtig. Dazu die Lage direkt am Wasser im kleinen Ort Vello mit seinem Mini-Bahnhof, der alten Kirche über der Bahntrasse, die kaum störend mitten durch den Ort führt und dem autofreien, wunderschönen Spazierweg direkt am Wasser. Und nicht zu vergessen die reizende Vermieterin, ehemalige Lehrerin auf der nahegelegenen Insel und ihre beiden Englisch-sprechenden Kinder, die zum Ein- und Auschecken der Gäste eigens aus Brescia anreisen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, es fehlen zur Perfektion allenfalls Spül- und Waschmaschine und vielleicht vereinzelt Ablageflächen. Im Sommer mglw. wegen des in jedem Reiseführer stehenden autofreien Spazierwegs am Ortsausgang viele Tagesausflügler in der Sackgasse am Ortseingang. Im Winter aber absolut ruhig und sehr erholsam.

Modern apartment with an amazing view of the Lago DIseo, quiet surrounding

17.-24. June 2016 - FLOATING PIERS We came for the FLOATING PIERS of the great artist CHRISTO to the Lago DIseo, and rented this apartment for our stay. What a wonderful location to spend a week ! The owners were very hospitable and generous. The apartment is modern, stylish and very comfortable. The terrace is mind blowing, very large and has an amazing view on the lake, surrounded with mountains and little villages. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms have large beds, the bathrooms are modern and tastefully tiled. Big windows for a lot of light, Air Conditioning, Internet works very well. The small village of Vello is cute, with 2 fency restaurants. Pretty houses, a small church. Even a small train station with a train now and then going to Iseo, Brecia etc. At the end of the village is a small bar with lakeview terrace and swimming posibilities, good cocktails. The road which leads into the village is a dead end road, therefore only local traffic. A great walk begins at the end of the road, 3 km alongside the lake with wonderful views. Shopping facilities in Marone, 3 km from Vello. Here you also find a pier for boat-rides on the lake. We hope very much to come back one day. Ursula and Herbert H.
