Cant fault the hotel. I came on a solo holiday and the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is central to everything, on the beach. The food was lovely, my favourite was the dessert table. Will be coming back next year.

Parasını hak etmiyor.

Başta bizi çatı katı hamam böcekleri olan bir odaya yerleşirtirdiler. Benim şikayetim üzerine değiştirdiler. Lobide bir kadın var rus sanırım. Sanki otele parayla değil hatır gönülle gelmişiz gibi davranıyor. Çıkarken 1de çıktık. Sanırım çıkış 12:30 ve yarım saat geç kaldık. Çocuklu olmamıza rağmen odadan çıkın yeni misafirler gelecek dedi. Girerken de 1 saat geç girmiştik ona bakılırsa. Çıkarken de kimse yine bekleriz vs gibi karşılamadı. Girerken hoş geldiniz, çıkarken yüzümüze bakmıyorlar. Yemekler hep aynı çeşit. Et sote, hindi. Başka doğru düzgün bir şey yok. İçecekler su gibi. Akşam aktivite vs yok. Bilmiyorum butik otel gibi.

Wir hatten uns für drei Tage ein Zimmer in Premier Nergis Beach Hotel mit All inklusive gebucht. Check-In verlief reibungslos, ein Dachgeschoss Zimmer schön, klein ca.17 m2 groß. Nur nicht das Zimmer was wir gebucht haben. Wir haben in dieser Hinsicht am nächsten Tag, die Rezeption darauf angesprochen. Man kam schnell zu einer Lösung. Wir haben darauf hin ein neues Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Meer bekommen, mit dem wir auch zufrieden waren. Personal und Service waren freundlich und Hilfsbereit, Frühstück und Abendessen ein Genuss, Reichlich und Vielfältig. Umgebung etwas laut (Musik) bis ca.01:00 Uhr. Rundrum haben wir drei schöne Tage verbracht, ein schönen sauberes Hotel mit allem Annehmlichkeiten.
