This was the perfect romantic getaway. Friendly staff and very accommodating from Checkin to checkout. Late checkout was available until 4pm. Bar food was great too, plenty of options all delivered as room service if required and reasonably priced.

I’ve stayed in more than 50 hotels in Turkey, from 2* to 5* and this place is easily in my top 3. It has a lovely vibe - peaceful but with life. Family friendly - my 7 year old loved it. Comfortable rooms. All were with a balcony or outside terrace (which is not well advertised). The cleanliness wasn’t as good as it could have been. I have a dust allergy and there was slightly more dust than my allergy could withstand without medication. There was some scale on the shower screen and some hairs not belonging to us in the bathroom and on the floors. It wasn’t terrible, and I’ve seen a lot worse but there is room for improvement. The cleanliness of the outside areas was great. The breakfast was a good Turkish breakfast. Pancakes, eggs, lots of fruit, cheese, Turkish pastries/breads, salads, cold/warm meats every day. The paid for food and drinks were great and well priced. The staff are absolutely brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re great with the kids. We booked very last minute and our room had an air conditioning leak on the balcony and at the front door - avoid room 213. I didn’t see the same problem anywhere else.,

A great first night with great service and a good meal. On the second night we got the wrong food and poor service and were charged for things we ordered that didn't appear. We didn't have dinner there again. Our first 2 breakfasts were excellent. By day 3 things basic were missing and again on day 4. Service was slack ( wannabe managers constantly on their phones). There was a problem with the water that was outside the hotel's control for 2 mornings. Very unfortunate but there was no communication or assistance at all from the hotel. The staff at the sharp end are hardworking, helpful and friendly. The more"senior" save "Simon" who single handedly has to run the show, little interest.

Great value and good choice

I ended up staying here for 6 nights unexpectedly and really enjoyed my stay. It is a nice hotel with great value. Food was very good and the employees were ever so friendly and helpful. The language was a bit of a challenge at times as I don't speak Turkish but the employees were definitely doing their best to help and understand. The room was comfortable, nice sized balcony, lovely swimming pool. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach which is just over half a kilometre away. The airport is approximately 9 km away and the small town is also a 5 minute walk away with many restaurants and lots of touristy shops. The hotel was quiet with a nice vibe.

We only stayed a night before catched a flight from Dalaman airport which is only 20 mins away. The hotel itself is clean and functional however for the one night we stayed we had no power the whole hotel lost power in all rooms during the night into the morning which was difficult as we have a 2 year old daughter

L Hotel was just beautiful. The hotel is set amongst Turkish foothills next to the ocean. Gorgeous! Room was very modern and cute. Pool was amazing and property has a beach shuttle and a really great restaurant. Yes! The staff were great and the General Manager did everything to make my stay awesome. My only issue was the AC was not strong enough for to combat the 100 degree Turkish heat in my opinion. That's subjective though. Overall great place if you're looking to just chill.

What a gem!

This is an awesome hotel. Very new and very clean. Really unique layout around nice pool. Restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed several meals sitting outdoors by the pool. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Situated outside of town, in the country near pomegranate and citrus farms. Walking distance to beach. As with many European hotels, pricing depends on the number of people in the room. Check out pricing for one person per room before automatically booking a double. Would definitely stay here again!

A very disappointing stay

Recently returned from a short stay in this property. Even though the hotel looks the part I was unfortunately very disappointed with some aspects of my stay. My bathroom cubicle had not been cleaned as the previous guest’s half used shower gel was still in the cubicle. Thus I was unable to take a shower as I didn’t trust the cleanliness in the time of a global pandemic. Due to being placed in a room on the 2nd floor upon check in as there was no bellboy available I was required to help the receptionist carry my 9 month old baby in her pushchair up to my room. This was very dangerous and unacceptable. It should have been stated when booking that ground floor rooms were unavailable or the hotel should have refused to take the booking on the basis of my having a small baby. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about if you don’t like Turkish style breakfasts. More hot options should be available and drinks should be topped up regularly. A buffet breakfast would be more suitable. The amount of heavy smoking around the breakfast area was unacceptable with the amount of babies/children around. Designated areas should be made available. Room service closed at 11pm and is not 24 hours as stated here. Food was of good quality. Check out was a poor experience as the receptionist was only interested in the incoming guests. I was told the amount of my bill harshly and was not given any kind of receipt or bill with a breakdown of my expenses. Overall very disappointing
