Lovely hospitality near Inhotim

We received a very warm welcome from Paulo, who runs the transportation service and picked us up from the airport in Belo Horizonte, and his wife Marcia, who runs the pousada. (We also used Paulo’s transportation services to go to and from Inhotim (20-30 mins each way) and to Ouro Preto.) The grounds are beautiful and lush with plants - and some toucans! Simple but clean rooms, and four-legged friends rescued by Marcia and Paulo abound, including cats and Logan the dog. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread of breads, fruits, local honey and more in the covered but open air patio. There is not a restaurant onsite but they helped us order dinner delivered from a local restaurant (had a tasty burger, and my friend got the vegetarian burger). Marcia and Paulo were very thoughtful hosts and patient with my limited Portuguese. We used google translate before we arrived and during our stay to understand each other, which worked well.

great place - tricky to find.

gorgeous place in a not so interesting city. But the place itself in a large garden with outdoor kitchen, pool etc, is sort of like a mini resort. Can order food delivered. Place is 20 mins from Inhotim (evil google maps suggest a much longer route - and as they claim quicker - that mysteriously goes through a coal mining pit mine. Very strange. Instead take highway 40. It is easy and quick. Further, finding the Estancia was a bit tricky. The address is given as R. Diamantes, 180 - well if you go to that address from your mobile phone it is the wrong place. Go to Estrada do Capão - and you will find it (also very close to Pousada Villa da Serra). Don't speak much English, but still communicates great.

Adoramos ficar na Estância das Angolas! Fomos muito bem recebidos pela anfitriã e sua família. O local é muito limpo e arborizado, com um lindo paisagismo, redes para descanso e piscina. Ficamos em um quarto super aconchegante com ar condicionado e uma varanda voltada para o jardim. Destaque também para o delicioso café da manhã com produtos locais e um delicioso pastel de banana com canela. O local possui um espaço gourmet onde você pode fazer sua própria comida, caso queira. A Estancia também está próxima a supermercados, farmácias, padarias e locais para comer. Obrigada por tudo!

Fui para descaçar e quando cheguei na pousada os filhos da proprietária foram e lavaram suas namoradas e seus amigos. A piscina da pousada é super pequena e eles ficaram lá todo o final de semana. Uma falta de respeito alugar a pousada e levar a família para la.

Conveniente hospedagem para quem vai a Inhotim - M

Íamos visitar Inhotim em Brumadinho MG e encontramos essa agradável pousada relativamente próxima. Muito bem cuidada por uma senhora muito smpática, Márcia, que nos fez sentir em casa. Inhotim fica a 16km e o trajeto é tranquilo. O melhor dessa pousada é a área de convivência, das melhores que já vi, sob um teto de galpão sem paredes, e decorado com inúmeros objetos e plantas. Café da manhã muito bom. Só um detalhe: tem cachorros e gatos, simpáticos, e muito presentes, o que pode ser um problema para quem não gosta, mas é um prazer para quem gosta. Ah, e tem uma piscina grande.

Pousada aconchegante

Pousada muito aconchegante. A Marcia recebe muito bem e é muito amável. O local está muito bonito. Café da manhã muito bom, embora pudesse ser melhorado com sucos naturais e cereais. O quarto é bem confortável. Somente o chuveiro deixa a desejar, pois tem pouca água e não regula a temperatura: ou é fria ou muito quente.

Do início, quando Paulo administrador da estância, tem todo cuidado de nos mandar whats app com a localização e nos lembrando da reserva, até quando vc chega e é calorosamente recebido pela Márcia, com delicioso chá da tarde e um.bom papo, até os quartos, banheiro e organização da estância, tudo vale a pena. Foi um prazer ficar na Estância das Angolas, a pouco menos de 20 min. de Inhotim. Fomos bem recebidos pelo Paulo e pela Marcia. Bom café da manhã e ficamos num quarto bem espaçoso. Apesar da Estância estar resolvendo o problema com o WIFI, pudemos usar o do vizinho que nos cedeu o uso.

Perfeita estadia, uma delicia.

Estive na pousada este fim de semana passado, eu e minha noiva adoramos a estadia, quarto super limpo, , confortável e aconchegante,cafe da manha muito bom,um bolo e pão divino, muito gostoso,área verde linda para tirar fotos, rede para namorar e ver a lua com direito a fogueira p esquentar.Agradecemos a Marcia pela atenção e carinho,ela é uma otima pessoa, super atenciosa. Ah,adoramos a cozinha compartilhada, no domingo passamos o dia todo comendo carne na chapa e fritas, ficamos bem a vontade, perfeita. Assim que der com certeza voltaremos para passar mais uns dias.
