Make memories in our 1650+ SQ home that is fully equipped to provide you with the best stay possible.
This is one unit out of 3plex home. There is a unit on the bottom floor and a separate studio as well on the bottom floor. This listing is for the 2nd floor house/unit only. Plenty of space & room for 10 guests!

-Bedroom (1) master bedroom with (1) queen size bed and a full bathroom (Huge standing shower). The room also has a large closet.
-Bedroom (2) with (1) Queen size bed and a leather couch along with a closet.
-Bedroom (3) with (1) Queen size bed with a dresser and mirror. The room also has a small closet.
-Bedroom (4) with (2) Queen size beds, a leather chair, a dining table to 6 and a small clothing rack. Great room for kids as it is far from the other rooms and triple insulated to keep noise inside!
-Full kitchen that is fully stocked with pans, pots, plates, forks, spoons and everything you need to cook your hearts out!
-Full guest bathroom with shower / tub combo.
- Seating area with 55` inch TV, few couches and chairs for all to enjoy.
-Outdoor enclosed Patio to enjoy a relaxing time after a long day of going to the different sites.
**Please note we have a single front facing Camera** That faces the street and driveway**
Guest have full 100% access of the 2nd floor and patio.
Guest does NOT have access to the backyard which is attached to the 1st floor unit. Please inquire in advance to avoid bothering other guests on the first floor home.
Parking is first come-first serves. Only two cars are allowed in the driveway at anytime. If taken, please park by the red curb, load or unload your vehicle. We have lots of street parking around. Abby way has lots of parking along with Ora Ct (A small cold-a-sac) passing the house to the right hand side.
Please don`t ask other guests to move if cars are already there.
Quite hours from 10:00pm-8:00am - Please no running or stomping on the 2nd floor. Noise travels easily to the bottom unit and studio. Thanks you!

It’s pretty roomy. Very cozy for a family gathering.
It’s a surprise to find out that the downstairs unit is a completely separate unit from the upstairs one. We have to re-assign the rooms. It works out fine at the end. We enjoy the three nights stay!
