A beautiful house located in the village of Pedreña, overlooking Santander Bay. Close to beaches and the<br>golf course. It features a spacious garden and on-site parking.<br>The house is spread over three floors. The first floor includes a spacious kitchen, living room, and entryway. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two 105 beds and access to a balcony, a living room leading to a lovely gazebo, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, there is a spacious and lovely bedroom with two single beds and a small sitting area—perfect for reading or for the little ones to play...<br>It also features a wonderful bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet at the back. Our guests love how convenient it is when they return from a day spent enjoying the wonders of our region.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
