This is a beautiful, well-appointed home with plenty of space for a large family to spread out. We enjoyed the back patio and fire pit where the homeowners had gathered wood for us and had a fire ready to start! I can’t give a five star review for couple of reasons: the outdoor Jaccuzi with its “stairway to heaven” was not heating and could not be serviced during our visit. This was a huge disappointment to most in our group. Also the half bath toilet - the only one on the main floor other than the master suite - was not functioning properly even when we followed the flushing instructions. This is such an easy fix. When staying in a home of this high caliber, I would expect items like the hot tub and toilet to be in working order. That said, I want to point out how incredibly responsive our host Jessica was throughout the rental process. She answered many questions and tried to come to our aid with the hot tub issue.

We booked our wedding at the Pretty Place Chapel and for the amount of guests we had, this property fit all of our needs perfectly. The property is absolutely gorgeous and has all the amenities you could ever need for a vacation rental.The property manager made sure to communicate with us to ensure all our needs were met and any issues quickly resolved. Check-in was easy and every detail about the property was well documented for a stressless stay. Would recommend this property to anybody planning to tie the knot at Pretty Place Chapel.

This property is fabulous. It offers so much private bedroom space in addition to large common areas for friends and family to gather. The house is spotless on arrival! The property manager Jessica is amazing and her communication is phenomenal. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Just what we wanted.

Beautiful house in a quiet area! We five friends enjoyed plenty of room in this house. Found some hiking trails nearby in Jones Gap State Park. Shopping in Hendersonville was fun one afternoon. Visited the Carl Sandburg House in Flat Rock one morning. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of the meals right there in the house. An interesting thing in this house is the hidden theater room! This house was perfect for us!

Great place!

Family reunion with 10 adults. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. Top end finishes. In a new small neighborhood in the mountains/woods. Loved the kitchen, hot tub, pool and ping pong tables. Plenty of space to spread out or gather together.

Extraordinary house

We stayed here for about a week with my extended family ages 6-50+. The house is perfect for families with 3 levels so each can have their own. Very well appointed and high end finishes. Manager was very kind and easy to communicate with. We love Greenville which was easy ride and lots of hikes in the area, too.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved everything about the property. The kids really enjoyed the theater room, the hot tub, the ping pong table, and even the young bear that visited one morning. We will definitely consider returning to this wonderful home.

Beautiful Property!

Our stay at this home was great! It was a nice middle ground for everything we wanted to do. Most everything was about 30-45 min away. The home was clean and very comfortable for all 14 of us. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use, beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was so peaceful. Overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful property - great location!

Our group of 4 families stayed at the property for several days over New Year's like we do every year. This is officially the most beautiful house we have ever stayed at - and trust me, we've seen many great properties. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get - and that's rare. You can tell that the owners did not cheap out or cut corners when building, all the appliances (stove, washer and dryer, fridge, etc) are expensive and top-notch, you can tell all the finishes, furniture and decor are of the highest quality. With a group of 15 of us we were never in each other's way as the house is huge. The kids loved the secret doors to the movie theater and enjoyed palying on their bunk beds. The house has plenty of pots and pans and whatever else you may possibly need for cooking a holiday meal. There is a great spot about 8 minutes down the road where multiple hiking trails start - we definitely took advantage of those! Short drive to Hendersonville and Greenville for day trips. Management was responsive and very accommodating with some post departure requests. We would love to return!

Beautiful home in convenient location

What a gorgeous home with tons of room to spread out or be together. Shared the house w/ 5 families w/ 6 kids under 10. The kitchen, living room and back yard w/ fireplace are all together and create a great open space to spend time w/ family and friends. only complaint was no TV in that main living area for hanging out and watching saturday football. The hot tub is huge and built into a nice deck area by the house. Convenient to Hendersonville, travelers rest or even Greenville. Jones Gap park is nearby and plenty of golf courses within 20-30 minutes.

GREAT VISIT

This was an amazing house. It had all that my large family group needed. My grandkids loved the bunk room. The theatre room was so nice for the rainy times. Kitchen was impressive with more than we needed and room for all to relax. Drive in and views were so pretty in the Fall. Host was very helpful and attentive. We will come again!

Beautiful house

Description was accurate. The kitchen is well stocked. The secret theater room was super fun for the kids to find. Internet and theater tvs were a little spotty (you are in a pretty rural area), but property manager was super responsive when we had questions/issues. Overall a fun place to stay if you are looking for something out of the way. The listing is completely accurate. We were three families in one house and had more than enough room. Construction is starting in the surrounding neighborhood, so it’s worth asking the property manager about the status if that bothers you.

Spectacular Home Close to A Ton Of Activities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and well appointment. It's great for a rainy day as the home has a lot of activities plus the theater is great. There are a lot of things to do close to the house, from hiking and seeing waterfalls to visiting Brevard, Highlands and Hendersonville. Definitely a great spot if you want to go explore the area. We will visit again!
