I was given the L2 apartment in the building on the left side of the hotel, absolutely wonderful lots of space to relax. Will love to have the same or similar next time I stay. Staff are great really helpful, breakfast is fresh and a good selection of everything you could want, Everywhere was very clean.

Nice room and friendly staff, mediocre breakfast

The room itself was nice, it had everything you would neeed for a nights stay. Tidy and clean. All staff we met was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was not good however. We ate on a sunday morning at 9 and at first there was no bread at all. When they finally brought some out, it was at least 2 days old. Unedible. I know fresh bread on a sunday can be hard to find but then you should consider bake off (frozen or fresh that you put in the oven) or something.

The staff were friendly. Basically, that's what the hotel has going for it, given the rates. Definitely overpriced but that may be due to lack of competition. Was incredibly disappointed that there was no coffee/tea in the room, a soap/shampoo combo that was unpleasant, no shower cap, no towel rack, no skin lotion. The cord to the hairdryer was so short it was impossible to see in the mirror in the bathroom or the mirror in the hallway. An empty fridge, not even a bottle of water. This was definitely not worth the rate they charge. If money isn't an issue then it's location is good, next to the old part of town, easy to reach nice walking areas and paths, convenient free parking just across the street

Frukosten var fantastisk. Medlemspriset var nedsatt med 500 och kostade lite över 1800sek. Bilderna såg eleganta ut. Vi fick en vindsskuff i ett anex. Med en brummande flimrande ljusarmatur. Och en brummande skramlande kyl. Bäddningen såg mycket tveksam ut. Alla rum på hotellet var bokade.Bilder o film finns. Efter många hotellnätter är vi besvikna. Framförallt på priset

Boendet var helt ok. Frukosten ordinär men ändå bra.Svampomeletten ett plus. Kaffe ochvte fanns tillgängligt under hela dagen. Personalen var trevlig, serviceinriktad och hjälpsam, särskilt Malte som ordnade allt när vi checkade in. TV-utbudet dock mediokert. Krångligt att orientera sig med fjärrkontrollen i utbudet. Laddstolpen för elbil var ett plus även om det var den långsamma kilowatten. Större delen av natten behövdes för full laddning. Lyhört mellan våningsplanen från rummet ovanför vårt. Två lekplatser inom gångavstånd. En av dessa lite större och nyöppnad.Uppskattades av barnbarnen. Lite störande med trafiken utanför fram till ca 21.00 och från va kl.08.00, men det beror ju på hur lättstörd man är. Vi hade öppet fönster pga av värmen i rummet. Konstig kudde i sängarna, stor, lång och otymplig. Kanske finns mindre kuddar anpassade för nattsömn? Sängen var dock bekväm. Rymligt duschrum. Duschkrämerna är som oftast på hotell obegripliga att utröna vilken som är avsett för hår resp kropp eller både och. Condotioner fanns dock men var inte vad jag som man sökte efter. Man får nog säga att priset motsvarade standarden, kanske något överkant. Lycka till med förändringsarbetet!
