Reading through the other reviews, I thought this place would be decent. I was sadly mistaken. The room we checked into had clearly been kicked in before; the door didn’t shut/lock properly and the door jam was hob-knobbed together. Once inside, we found an arm chair with severely ripped upholstery, filthy lamp shades with only one working bulb between them. The vents for the bathroom and HVAC system were so caked with dust you could barely see the grill. Our bed linens seemed clean until closer inspection found an unidentified stain on one of the throw pillows and vomit on the bed skirt. The “breakfast” was brown bananas and cereal with a stern note instructing each person only permitted to take one of each. It was late and we were tired after a long day of travel when we checked in so there wasn’t a choice to find other accommodations. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. Beware.

The room is clean and tidy, the microwave and fridge were and unexpected bonus, shower water was hot. The two checking us in were polite, efficient, and nice to chat with. If I pass this way again I'll definitely stay here again. A bargain at our rental rate.
