The room is clean and tidy, the microwave and fridge were and unexpected bonus, shower water was hot. The two checking us in were polite, efficient, and nice to chat with. If I pass this way again I'll definitely stay here again. A bargain at our rental rate.

Room was unclean. Feet were dark and dirty walking from shower to bed. I had to rewash and put on socks. Sticky floor. Sticky remote. Broken door to bathroom and water out of the sink came out brownish red to start. Issue over bottom floor request and upcharge to accommodate even though many downstairs rooms went unoccupied.

First,I was charged more than what the online price was.Then I was charged a pet fee ,even though my dog is a service dog..Then I extended my stay by 3 days and when I checked out I was told my deposit wouldn't be returned because the staff charged me the wrong price for the extension.I don't feel that was my fault,at the very least I should have been notified there was an issue.That should be between the manager n his staff for the wrong price,not me 3 days later..

The room was very clean. The motel is older but appears well cared for. The check in process was okay just slow. The beds are comfortable but the mattress sits on a metal box frame. When you kick the frame(which happens often) it sounds like thunder. We had a quiet restful night & continued our trip. I would recommend staying at the Residence Hub Inn if you just need a place to sleep for a couple of nights. Don't plan on much of a breakfast. There is bread for toast, a few small muffins, yogurt, cold cereal, milk & coffee. It's economical, esp. for small families, couples & business trips.

The breakfast options were very limited. The desk staff were very nice to deal with, especially the friendly and polite desk clerk who checked us out. The hotel needs a bit of updating ; for example the bathroom tiles, grout, and caulking all showed signs of age and wear. The a/c was quite noisy but that seems a common trait in a lot of hotels.
