Set directly by the sea on a spacious, fenced property, this is your private retreat for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable sunsets. The house offers three spacious bedrooms:
- One with a king-size bed
- One with a queen-size bed
- One with two single beds
All beds are extra-long (2 meters) for added comfort.
The fresh and modern bathroom includes a shower, bidet toilet, large mirror, and a laundry area with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island, stove, oven, range hood, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and a large fridge and freezer.
The living room features seating for six, a Smart TV, and an additional Smart TV in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house is equipped with fast and reliable Wi-Fi via Starlink, and inverter air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen for quiet, energy-efficient cooling.
