This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with lots of balcony space to enjoy sunset views and island views as well. Condo is all tiled and plenty of space in this condo to relax and feel right at home with comfortable seating inside and out.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, and the Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Both bathrooms have showers.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID

Near Perfect

We absolutely loved the view from 2 directions. The patio had ample room and the layout of the condo was very nice allowing several people in the kitchen at the same time. The pool got lots of sunshine and everyone was COVID-19 conscious.
