Welcoming hosts who responded quickly when we had questions. Immaculately clean condo, cute beach decor. Stunning views; we could see sunrise and sunset from their very large and long balcony, which had comfortable patio/lounge chairs and a small table to dine at or place coffee or drinks.

Great stay, beautiful location- the sunrise from the balcony was the perfect start to every day. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Host very responsive. Recommend renting bikes early- there are companies that will deliver and let you rent for the stay. The condo is in the back of the complex which is nice, it’s quieter and less traffic. There are walkable restaurants, etc. but the bikes were really nice to have since the walk is a little further from the back. We enjoyed the parasailing and jet skiing (beach hut down by the Hilton) and private sports boating with skiing and tubing (booked on Viator) Perfect family get away with a mix of quiet relaxation and fun excursions. Highly recommend!

The view is absolutely beautiful. The pool was under renovation the day after we got there so nobody could use the pool and the noise of chainsaw woke us up every day.

Great beachfront condo

This is a very nice resort style condo development. The photos accurately describe the unit and view. Very quiet in August since it is low season. We still easily found plenty of activities in the area. We would definitely come and stay again.

Great family stay

Stayed for a week with 2 kids, 5 and 3yo. The whole family loved this unit and the building in general. Condo was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 4. Amazing views of ocean and waterways from 18th floor. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was well maintained and busy but never felt crowded. The walk to the beach was long for young kids but worth it each time. Parking, check in, and communication with owner was easy and efficient. Very memorable vacation and would love to come back!

We had a few minor issues with the A/C, TV and refrigerator which the owner resolved. He was very responsive to our needs. The location of this condo and view overlooking the beach is fabulous.

Marco Island Menace

1.When we arrived at the condominium complex we had to hunt for a key since there were conflicting directions on how to get the key. As it turns out the key was on the 18th floor where the condominium was located in a laundry room. Then, to make matters worse, there were two lock boxes with the number of the room on them. I only noticed the first box before a tenant at the complex assisted me to find the correct box. From arrival at the complex to entering our room took almost two hours.2.Only one set of keys was available. This caused great difficulty during our stay in that separation from each other was problematic for my wife and me due to this issue.3.There was no dead bolt on the door entering the condominium. This was not safe for us when residing in the condo, nor were our belongings safe while we were out. In addition an automatic lock was not part of the door security.4.There was no washer or dryer available in the condominium. The laundry room at the end of the hall was the only available means, but it cost additional dollars for that service.5.The mirrored doors to a closet just inside the condominium and adjacent to the dining area are cracked and require maintenance.6.The wall surge protector near the dining area was cracked and inoperable.7.The kitchen cabinet door above the refrigerator was dislodged. A post-it note was attached to it notifying customers that it was not to be opened.No more room for review: I have 13 more items!

Lovely Beach Condo

This lovely place is on the 18th floor of a 4 building complex. The view is perfect, the condo is comfortable, decorated in beach theme. Some things about the place indicated that the upkeep was lacking some & needed some fixing. We did report it to the owners at the end of our stay. Even with that, we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Great week on the beach

We stayed during the kids spring break, weather was great, condo accommodations were awesome, pool easily accessible and beach just a short walk away. The chairs and wagon in the unit were a great bonus. Unit owner easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend!

Last summer fling

Overall the property is nice, some minor issues such as running toilet. Good location as far as restaurants. The view from property was great although it is a long walk to the beach especially if you carry chairs and coolers.
