We had such a great stay here for our fall break! The house was beautiful and had every amenity you could think of — it truly felt like home. The location was amazing — just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and even putt-putt golf. There was always something fun to do, but also plenty of space to just relax and unwind.The pool heater wasn’t working for the first couple of days, but the property company handled it right away and got it fixed quickly. The only small thing I’d change is the indoor lighting — it’s a little cool-toned, which made it feel a bit less cozy (just something I noticed being a designer!). Otherwise, everything was perfect — we’d absolutely stay here again!

Summer 2025

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home on Marco Island!! It was just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and even mini golf!! The owners had wonderful communication and our family will for sure be back!! We loved our stay and were sad to leave!! Thank you for a perfect week!!

Off-season gem

Not one to visit in July but that was how the family calendar worked out. Property is as advertised. Walk to beach is 5 minutes and convenient to shops and restaurants.

Marco Island Spring Break with Family

The house location is incredible. Gate out the back and you can be on the beach in 4 minutes. Easy even with 3 little kids. Pool is beautiful and heated to a nice temperature. Kitchen is large and well equipped with nice appliances. Master suite is huge with a great closet. One of the best waterfall showers I’ve seen. Well stocked with pool toys and beach stuff, bikes. My only critique would be some of the furniture is falling apart and need of replacements. The kitchen island chairs are literally disintegrating. There are also some old fuzzy throw pillows all around that don’t look to be the cleanest. They could use a few updates.

We really enjoyed our week. The pool and outdoor space was excellent. The home was very clean and larde enough for our multi generational family. The path provided easy access to the beach. It would have been nice to be provided more trash bags for the week.

Beautiful Home

The home was amazing and the location should have been awesome just a short walk to the public beach access. However, the access that was so close was shut down by the city for some kind of maintenance issue. Soooo, we had to load up car everyday, drive to another beach access and then have my son drive the car back to the house. He then would bike back down to the beach access after he dropped us off with all our gear. Same routine to get back to the house. The main reason for booking this house was the location to the beach access (that was closed). Still had a great time, the house was awesome... just would have been nice if the rental agency would have given us a heads up about the beach access being closed.

Perfect

This was a modern home with all the amenities you could ask for to enjoy a week in beautiful Marco Island. We floated in the pool or the ocean every day for hours. Vacationing in late May has its benefits as the island was not overly crowded, restaurants all had availability, and the weather was perfect. Communications with Andrew who manages the property was great. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home literally 600 steps from beach Well maintained, fabulous pool, well stocked kitchen Master suite was awesome We were a family of 8 - parents w 3 adult children and spouses. Plenty of room. We spent alot of time at outdoor seating with adjacent pool dining table and bbq house was well equipped with beach supplies. The ping pong table was a bonus

The house was excellent, very well equipped and great location. It's easy to get to the beach, great park a mile and half away, everything you need for the beach is available and a very nice well heated pool. You get no sun on the pool deck if that's important. Realty management company easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Amazing house and location!

We had a fantastic stay! There were 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked, the pool is beautiful, and the beach is a short walk away. The beach cart that comes with the house was a great add. The lanai screen is ripped, we reported it. The coffee maker was broken and they replaced it same day- thank you! The only recommendations I have is to add bath mats for every sink and shower (there are none so you have to lay towels down), rugs at each of the sliding doors, and to have the pool deck power washed/ scrubbed. Overall this house is definitely 5 stars and we'll be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Stay - Fantastic House

Fancy house

We are beyond grateful! This house couldn’t be more perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations. Whoever projected this house and whoever do the upkeep of the house are probably very meticulous people. It was hard to leave after spending seven days in this very fancy house. This is top level house… We honestly lacked nothing while staying here. Best vacation ever! We are planning on stay here next year because I’m sure no other house will beat this one.
