Marco Island Beach Paradise - Waterfront, Pet Friendly, Pool Home

Private, gulf access, waterfront house has 3 bedroom, 3 bath (Sleeps 6 maximum) with heated pool and fully fenced back yard located on a cul-de-sac. Our goal is for you to enjoy our home and island as much as we do!

Marco Island beach house beautifully decorated with coastal décor. From the moment you enter the home, it feels like ahhhhh “vacation!” Our home has everything you would need to enjoy your much needed get away.

Large, private, fully fenced back yard with a heated pool (set at 80 degrees) and expansive pool deck with lots of seating and lounge chairs. There is also a gas grill to enjoy a backyard BBQ. Relax & enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise from the front porch, and/or a cocktail while watching the sun sets from the back balcony overlooking the pool and waterfront canal. Western rear exposure is perfect for beautiful sunsets, and all-day pool sun and fun. The back yard is fully fenced in, so it is perfect if you travel with your dog(s). Dogs of any size are welcome, but unfortunately one of the owners has an allergy to cats, so cats are not allowed. Dogs must be house broken and well behaved.

This is a two-story home. The upstairs includes an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight overlooking the waterfront canal including a fully equipped kitchen, family room with large flat screen TV, dining room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and 2 large walk in closets. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own bathroom. The downstairs features a separate living space (included with rental - you have the whole place to yourself both upstairs and downstairs) overlooking the private pool and waterfront with a kitchenette / bar, pub table, cozy living room with large flat screen TV, andnother master bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy getting together or having some private space. There is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway maximum.

The home is fully furnished with plenty of towels, linens, cookware...everything you would need in your home away from home. Here are just a couple of extra things we provide to make your stay more enjoyable:

Our home is conveniently located just minutes away from the beach, great restaurants, bars, movie theater, shops, ice cream parlor and luxury resort spas. Our white powder sandy beach is less than a 5-minute drive away.

The boat and the boat lift are not part of the rental (our insurance will not allow this). If you want to bring or rent a boat while you are here, we have 3 large cleats available to tie off to along the seawall, and large bumpers you can use during your stay. We also have a dock ladder for easy in and out. You are welcome to fish off the dock. Also, if you are bringing your boat, the City of Marco Island does not allow you to park a boat and/ or trailer on any property in Marco Island. This is a city wide rule. You can dock the boat in the backyard / canal, but you will need to arrange for trailer storage during your stay. There are several low cost trailer storage options about 5 minutes from the house in Goodland.

OUR HOUSE IS NOT MARKETED AS “SUITABLE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES,” AND PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance. You cannot make noise that travels past the property line day or night. Please respect others around you during your stay so they may also enjoy their outdoor activities.

If there is anything else you would need to make your vacation more enjoyable, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate. Also, we have lived here full time for many years and can recommend some fun things to do, great restaurants, live music venues, etc.

The Host was very welcoming and willing to answer all of our questions. Her responses were extremely helpful and informative. The amenities were exactly as advertised. The property was clean, AC was cold and the pool was clean and warm! The property was definitely centrally located. Grocery store, restaurants, bars and beaches were approx 15-20 minutes away We were there during Christmas and the host had decorated the property nicely. We are already planing next years vacation at this property.

The host is very responsive and we love the private pool! 2 huge bedrooms with attached bathrooms are great for couples who need king sized beds and a great 3rd bedroom with two twin beds are great for kids! Location is great too, super close to everything. Will definitely book again in the future.

We had a magnificent time during our stay. Beginning with our host, who was more than attentive, and prior to our arrival, provided us lots of information about what to expect with the home, and kept us appraised about construction in the area which was not a big deal for us at all. My wife and I visited with our two pups Sunday, November 9 - Wednesday, November 12. The property is beautiful and spacious, really well appointed with everything you can think of to throw a big family Thanksgiving or just a beach barbecue for a few people. The decor is beachy and inviting. Located on a canal in a residential neighborhood, with a swimming pool and completely fenced in back yard, we all had fun Including our dogs. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon.

Let me start by saying the host does a great job at making you feel welcome. The Communication was outstanding throughout the whole trip. The property was clean and everything you need was available. We take our dog on vacation which makes it a challenge finding a place but the owners had no issues with it. It was a pleasure staying here.

Picture Perfect Sparkling Clean Paradise!

The first thing I would say about this beautiful home is when can we go back? The pictures on the site are wonderful, but it is absolutely spectacular in person. Starting with the communication with Julie, which was amazing from the booking to pre-check in to check in to during our stay. The house was so spacious, and there were so many little spots that we enjoyed sitting in to have our coffee or a cocktail, enjoying the view of the pool and the water. The house was extremely well equipped. Julie has thought of absolutely everything and then some. The furnishings, towels, linens and bedding was all like brand new and super clean. The location of the house was absolutely perfect for everything that we wanted to do. The island is small enough that we could ride the bikes that we rented, and that were dropped off at the house for us pretty much everywhere. We had a kayak and a stand-up paddleboard that was also delivered to the house that we used right off our dock. The pool was so great we were in it several times a day. The neighborhood is very quiet. We will definitely return and highly recommend this house for either a long weekend or an extended stay. We felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed My favorite thing about the house was the fact that Julie though through everything a vacationer would want and made sure that the house was equipped with it. We covered a lot of ground on the island walking and biking, and honestly did not find a better spot than this one.

We were so happy when we arrived at this property! The home was immaculate! The decor was bright and cheerful with a wonderful beach-house theme. The kitchen was well stocked. And the furniture and beds were comfortable! There was also a beautiful pool and yard that we hope to have time to use the next time we visit Marco Island! Julie was very kind and easy to reach when we had a question! This is definitely a 5 star rental property and host! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Relaxing in paradise

Gorgeous

This house was huge and perfect for our family. With the two levels, there was an abundance of space to lounge whether indoors our outdoors. The bonus kitchen downstairs was great and it was so nice to spread out and not feel like we had to live out of our suitcases. As I write this review, I especially miss the pool and backyard right on the canal.It was the best way to start and end our days. Julie was super responsive and even gave us recommendations for restaurants to visit before we even checked-in. I would love to come back and rent kayaks or a boat next time as the house does come with a dock!

FANTASTIC 🏝📸! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Marco Island! The owner Julie was extremely organized, responsive, friendly, and the house was exactly as stated on the website!!! It was immaculately clean, and very much felt like our home away from home! Our FAVORITE 😍 Part about the house was the beautiful pool! My husband and I traveled with our 3 teenage girls, and our young son! Everyone had a amazing time with plenty of room and stuff to keep us busy! As Julie suggested that bikes would be fun, we rented them! It was such a fantastic way to get around the island when we didn't want to drive. We biked daily and enjoyed the South Florida Sunshine. Our favorite Beach was South Marco!

Fabulous time in Marco

This home is very spacious and was centrally located. Perfect spot for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities we needed and Julie had great suggestions for restaurant and activities in Marco. Weather surely cooperated… It was so nice to swim in the pool, lounge around the deck, grill outside and take in the beautiful views!

Extremely clean & updated 2 story, 3BR home located on a cul de sac in a centrally located quiet neighborhood. The house has a spectacular heated pool with a fenced back yard, is located on a canal and accurately described This was our first extended FL get away for my wife and I with our senior dog. Our expectations were surpassed and Julie as the host was delightful, responsive to questions and made check in and check out seamless. The barbecue is modern, clean and easy to use & is located on the balcony off of the upstairs dining room and kitchen. The two upstairs bedrooms worked well for our house guests who joined us for a 3-4 day visit. The location is less than a mile to the YMCA which offers a monthly membership and has fabulous tennis, pickle and varied exercise activities throughout the day. The new large screen TV upstairs is great and easy to use. Truly, a great month on Marco Island.

Home Away From Home

First of all, what property is actually more spacious than it appears online? Beach Paradise is well-appointed, well-located, comfortable, and homey in the best sense of the word. Julie is a responsive, caring owner who truly has your best interests at heart. We stayed for a month with our dog and walked to the Canine Cove dog park, softball field, Mackle Park, the library, the historical museum and more. And do not miss the Marco Island Farmer’s Market.

We had a wonderful stay. House was exactly as advertised and included everything you need to enjoy a Marco Island stay with a beautiful pool. The lounge chairs are really comfortable and we enjoyed playing cards and games at the poolside table. The 2 levels were really nice when traveling with adult kids as they had their own space at times. Neighborhood is very quiet and Julie’s very friendly about the fact that we brought our dog. Julie is very responsive. The instructions were clear and she was very friendly. We’ll be back!

Perfect beach house on Marco

Brilliant communication from start to finish with quick responses to questions. Listing as described and in fact felt bigger than the pictures. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable bed, good a/c, peaceful setting, 5 minute drive to local shop/beach. We loved the pool area especially.
