Designed for comfort and relaxation, the space features one king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed—ideal for a restful night’s sleep after a day of fun in the sun!

The condo includes one and a half  bathrooms, complete with a bathtub, fresh towels, bath mats, hand soap, and a hair dryer to make your stay easy and convenient. With updated heating & cooling you’ll stay comfortable year-round. We also have fans in all of our rooms should you need one.

Step inside to enjoy a modern, updated kitchen with all the amenities of home! new flooring throughout the condo & fully equipped with everything you need—from a coffee maker, blender, toaster, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer to dishes, all kinds of utensils,Bullet blender,& Keurig Coffee Maker.

The condo also includes a small front load washer and dryer in-unit, plus access to coin laundry in the neighboring building for larger bulky items.

Relax on the screened in lanai,or unwind in one of the cozy living spaces with TVs in every bedroom. Enjoy a board game or fabulous meal together at our  dining table. Wi-Fi is included for all of your streaming needs.  As well as essentials, such as linens, beach toys/gear, beach towels, and cleaning supplies.

Located across from Residents Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll have easy access to sun, sand, and the most amazing sunsets! Enjoy the heated pool, BBQ area, shuffleboard courts, and fun Wednesday night gatherings with neighbors on the patio.
