Welcome to this sweet one bedroom/one bath condo across from the Gulf of
Mexico that welcome you as soon as you walk in. With a private gated access, you
are truly just steps from the beach! This condo offers a queen size bed with dresser
and large closet and a queen size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has
everything you need to help you prepare your meals. The 27 inch TV is equipped with
a VCR/DVD player for enjoying movie nights. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or
after dinner drink on the screened lanai overlooking the pool with the Gulf of
Mexico in the background (if you are lucky, you may even see one of Marco Islands
gorgeous sunsets)! Beach chairs, towels and equipment are supplied for your
convenience whether you decide to go to the beach or pool. Grills, an exercise
room, laundry facilities and a covered designated parking spot are also provided.

This condo is located at the south end of the island- being a PRIME location! You are walking distance to the Marco Walk Plaza. There you can enjoy a variety of restaurants to choose from or enjoy a day of shopping. Marco Walk Plaza features the Marco Movies, Beebe's Ice Cream, the all new Pinchers Crab Shack, Nacho Mamas Authentic Mexican, the Marco Prime Steakhouse, DaVinci Fine Italian, The Oyster Society, and numerous Island Shoppes such as Chicos and Beach Daisy!!

The condo has a great location. Loved that we could just walk across the street to a beach access! The condo was fairly small. It was fine for only 2 adults. The pool was very nice. I loved that the owner supplied beach items to use; towels, chairs, umbrella, etc.

Love this location!

The condo is in a perfect spot! The beach entry across the street is great and the pool area is beautiful with lush trees. Parking is convenient and condo had chairs, cooler bag, beach towels and everything you need for a great beach day!

Very disappointed

Property was very dated and not well maintained. Filthy stove/burners, mold in shower. 1/2 roll of toilet paper was all that was there for us. Will not be returning!
