"Il Querciolo" Apartment "Fitto" for 4+2 people in a farmhouse in Valdichiana, in the heart of Tuscany

"Il Querciolo" is an ancient farm located in Valdichiana. It is a place where you can breathe the "Tuscany" and where you can listen to the sound of nature, it is the place to immerse yourself in country life to give and receive unique and unforgettable emotions. Today it is an entirely organic farm that produces legumes, cereals, oil and Syrah wine. These products can be tasted in our Agriturismo, where the Cellar is also located.



All areas of the farmhouse are shared with guests except for the areas reserved for each apartment which are indicated by a special tag with the name of the apartment itself

The services we offer are varied and all designed to guarantee guests a unique experience in our countryside. WIFI is present throughout the property and is free for guests. The swimming pool (12x6x2m) is shared between the guests but remains for their exclusive use. They can use the pool from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm from May to September according to the weather of the season. At the pool, guests have a reserved space, indicated by a plate with the name of the apartment where they can find one umbrella, sunbeds, sun chairs and a small table. Guests must respect the pool regulations and bring their own bath towel. If they do not have towels, they can request them to the host at the arrival or at the booking and they will be provided with an extra price. The use of the swimming pool is prohibited for kids without adults. Diving or other dangerous actions are not allowed. In the farmhouse there is a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer that can only be used on request with an extra price (3.00 euros per wash). The service is shared with the other guests of the farmhouse. Pets are allowed but only one (1) per apartment, with a maximum weight of twenty (20) kg. The price for accommodation is 10.00 euros per night per pet (dog or cat). To make the arrival at the Agriturismo even more pleasant, guests can request a bottle of "Occhio di Civetta" Syrah IGT Toscano, directly produce in the winery of il Querciolo . The price is 25 euro/bottle Guests who wish can have breakfast in our room. The reservation is made online or at the farmhouse, the evening before. The price per person is 12,00 Euros.

"Il Querciolo" is located in the open countryside 5 km from Monte San Savino and 2 km from the A1 del Sole motorway exit. Strategic place for visiting the Valdichiana and the most important cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Siena is 30 minutes by car, Cortona 20 minutes by car, Arezzo 15 minutes.

To get to the farmhouse the most convenient way is by car. We do not have a shuttle service to and from the airport and if one is needed it must be requested well in advance in order to organize it. At the farmhouse we have a car park with 10 parking spaces, 4 of which are covered by a roof and 6 are located among beautiful olive trees. In one of the places there is an electrical power socket for normal charging (no fast charging) of electric cars. Il Querciolo is located in the center of Valdichiana, a valley rich in history, tradition and culture, where you can have unforgettable food and wine experiences. Having the Monte San Savino exit of the A1 motorway just 2 km away, this makes its position strategic for planning daily visits to the most important centers of Tuscany. Arezzo and Cortona are approximately 20km away and can be reached in half an hour by car. Siena, Perugia and Florence can be reached in about an hour by car. Just 5 km from Querciolo, there is Monte San Savino equipped with shops, a supermarket, a medical emergency service and a police station.
