Charming villa in eastern Marbella, just a 10-minute drive from the center, recently renovated with top-quality finishes. Built over three floors on a flat, sunny plot, it features a garden, private pool, and chill-out area.



The spacious living-dining room with fireplace connects to a fully equipped open kitchen. The large covered terrace offers direct access to the pool and garden, with a barbecue and outdoor dining area overlooking Marbella Bay.



The villa has five en-suite bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a guest toilet. In the basement, with natural light and a separate entrance, there is a complete apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Additional amenities include a gym, sauna, and private covered garage for two cars.



The residential area is close to shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. A tennis club with gym, paddle, tennis courts, restaurant, and pool is just minutes away. Beaches with beach bars are 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car.



Families and couples are welcome. No groups of young people or parties; the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Guests must be at least 35 years old to book.
