Fantastic townhouse is perfect for a couples, family with young kids or friends looking to enjoy plenty of sunshine and great resort facilities on site! Two outdoor pools, bar, restaurant, fitness centre, indoor pool with jacuzzi, kids playground and summer entertainment. Fully equipped house with 3 terraces and beautiful views to the pool, gardens and the sea. Within walking distance supermarket, bus stop, few restaurants. Free parking. Small port with beautiful sandy beaches 5 mins drive.



This is 2 storey townhouse with one bedroom and three sunny terraces. As you enter the house you have cozy patio with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast and morning sun. Spacious lounge with sofa-bed, fitted wardrobe, dining table, open plan kitchen and a guest toilet. The kitchen has fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - all you need to prepare your meals. Living room has access to the main terrace with beautiful views to the sea, communal gardens and swimming pool.

On the top floor you have beautiful and sunny bedroom with high ceiling, TV, fitted wardrobes and a great seaview terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe all day long! Modern shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. Other features include air conditioning units (heat/cold), Wi-Fi, TV international channels.

Comfortable occupancy: 2 adults or family with 1-2 kids. Sofa-bed in the living room is 1.30m wide.

Chimney in the living room is functional and is great addition for cozy winter stays.
