This lovely holiday home is located in the Andalucía in the Elviria district in Marbella very close to the nearest beach. The home has a swimming pool which is shared by other guests and a garden where you can sunbathe or enjoy your meals and drinks. This place is ideal for groups or families. The nearest beach is 400m away for relaxing under the sun, sand, and water. The home is 1.8 km from Funny Beach and 6 km from Boardwalk. The area is ideal for golfing and windsurfing. Golden Beach is 8 km from Teatro Ciudad de Marbella and 9 km from Plaza de Toros de Marbella. La Cola Golf is 7.5km away. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool in the Spanish summers.
