Parque Apartment, Marbella central
My family and I stayed in this 3 bedroom apartment which is on the third floor of the building and directly above Luigi's Lucky Leprehaun bar, in August 2016. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout (the living room is very large and airy) and there are two full, basic bathrooms which are ideal for families. There were plenty of towels available which meant that we didn't need to worry about bringing these, and sunbeds and all other holiday items were there. The kitchen was quite small and basic, but exits onto the balcony which can easily accommodate 6 so space isn't an issue there either. The 2 twin bedrooms are more than sufficient, whilst the main bedroom is huge - and despite them facing the street, we were not disturbed at night by noise etc. My only tip would be to bring a fan for the main bedroom (it was exceptionally hot the weeks we were in Spain - there are fans available in the twin rooms).
Terri, the owner, made us feel exceptionally welcome which was so much appreciated! - She answered any queries by text and gave us lots of helpful tips (we haven't stayed in the city before, but do know Cala Mijas) which were super. We really couldn't have wished for a better and more friendly host despite never meeting in person!
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday. Safe clean swimming pools, a lovely apartment in a fantastic location (3 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to Orange Square) and everything on hand that you would wish for, including very friendly welcoming staff in Luigi's and their much needed pool table for the kids! We're so pleased we found this apartment and wouldn't hesitate in returning to the same spot....in fact, we're talking about this already! Thank you so much :)

Very well located. All you need for pleasant holidays.
Accommodation is very central. Near the beach, close to the old town. You will find all the shops around, even a 24/7 pharmacy! Restaurants (all types of cuisine), supermarkets, small shops. The pools are clean and quiet. The AC works in the 3 bedrooms. Easy discussion with the owner in case it's needed. All basic hardwares and groceries are available in the apartment.
