I’m not one to write reviews or complain. We ended our trip one day early because of how bad this stay was. There was ZERO WiFi even though it was advertised, which was a dealbreaker since my husband needed to work. We also couldn’t watch TV.The bedroom AC unit did not work and was covered in about an inch of dust and dirt. When we tried to get help for the WiFi via messages and phone calls, we only received AI-generated responses telling us to reboot a router that did not exist in the room. Because of this complete lack of support, we didn’t even bother reporting the AC issue. Without the instructions for the door lock, our door wasn’t even locked for security. The only positive thing is that Skipjack Resort itself is great—the pool is amazing and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the third-party booking ruined the experience. Save yourself the headache and book directly with the resort.
