No que diz respeito ao conforto, limpeza, atendimento e amabilidade o hotel é excelente. No que diz respeito à sustentabilidade, penso que poderá ser melhorado, por exemplo não é necessário a mudança de toalhas todos os dias. Essa mudança deveria depender da necessidade e o cliente ter possibilidade de informar se necessita ou não que sejam mudados. Também poderiam mudar a forma de apresentação dos produtos de higiene, dispensadores únicos (por exemplo no chuveiro) em vez de doses individuais que utilizam embalagens plásticas em maior número

Lo que más me gustó es la excelente calefacción y temperatura del agua de las duchas. Tambien es importante la buena señal de wi fi y muy comodo el colchon para dormir. La ubicacion en el barrio la Perla es muy útil y cómoda.

Muy lindo hotel, prolijo, muy bonita la habitación y muy bien predispuesto el personal. Sólo pediría que tenga mayor presión la ducha (salia muy suave) y más fruta en el desayuno. Luego todo excelente, super recomendable.

Gratamente sorprendido

Me llevo una grata sorpresa. El hotel cuenta con buenas y modernas instalaciones, todo funcionaba bien el aire, cable, calefacción, agua caliente etc... Adicionalmente, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación muy céntrica, a solo unos 10 minutos de la playa y con paradas de colectivos de distintas líneas cercanas para poder conocer. El personal de recepción muy amable, nos supieron guiar, dieron mapas y recomendaciones. Lo único que mejoraría es agregar algo salado en el desayuno como fiambres.
