Happy with general presentation but -
1. Wall heating in one b'room failed and there were no instructions to the unit.
2. Lighting was not screened from one bedroom no curtain or blind making sleeping difficult.
3. ID required despite having paid in full and security deposit paid. We have no knowledge of
the safety of personal data and were not given an alternative method to provide same. If there is an alternative the system should offer it.
