Great place to stay!

It was our first time to the area and we loved it. The condo was amazing and in a great location. It was close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the Manitowoc carrier come through the canal. The kids loved seeing the draw bridge go up.

Hot Water Was A Problem!

Overall we enjoyed the property very much. Unable to take showers for a day and a half as the hot water heater was not functioning properly. After a plumber came it was “half fixed”, meaning you needed to take very short showers spread apart.

Noisy

The property was very nice, however, it was very loud due to the traffic going over the bridge all day and night. We were not notified about being unable to use the parking lot until we were almost there. We could walk on the lot after 7:00 in the evening on check in day and could not drive on it until Wednesday. This was very upsetting since my sister-in-law has to use a walker and I need a cane. Having to walk across the very busy street was not easy. I was told that I would be compensated for one night's stay. I'm assuming that this will be credited back to my card.

bad water

all the tap water mostly the hot water had a horrid smell so we had to buy water for coffee,tea,etc we limited showers due to smell, the owner came and said it was the water heater and the plumber came 10 minutes before we left. the owner didsay he would offer some form of compensation for a future stay the place itself was very clean and beatiful

Quit searching and Stay here!

Great place! Great views of the river and the draw bridge (got to see a very large ship go through!) Very clean, a lot of good sitting/ conversation area, close to downtown and the beach, comfortable beds, plenty of towels - both bath and kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again when visiting the area. Only negative - very dull knives!

Location, location, location

Unit is awesome, needs a few amenities, tissues, bar soap,better TP. Blow dryer second bedroom. - bring/buy your own. For the most part very clean. Sticky table tops in sitting area, large amount of hair in second bath shower. Superb location to explore river walk and downtown Manistee.

Remarkable Stay

We couldn’t of asked for a better stay to end our summer as a family of 4. Location is impeccable, penthouse was immaculate and the view from the balcony was superb!! We hope to come back in the near future
