It was October, and the pool was under construction as was the hot tub, condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The TV was very confusing to get a channel on, this seems to be the trend everywhere we stay, I’m not sure what the fix is for this but will say it’s very frustrating! Over all a very pleasant experience

We are frequent flyers in Manistee so we know the area well. Place was great for a quick weekend trip. Would stay there again.

The condo has a great location which looks out on the man-made lake. We saw deer walking there every morning. Also, it is a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue Beach, which is usually less crowded than 1st Avenue Beach. The king size bed is very comfortable and the sofa and coffee table are new. There is a lot of light provided with the 9-ft ceilings and tall windows on each side. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The condo was clean and fresh with a nice decor. Conveniently located near the beach and a short drive into town for dinner or to Meijers for groceries. Host was responsive to our needs and the king size bed was wonderful. A 10 out of 10. We hope to stay here again.

Great getaway

Great property for a couple. Short drive to the beach, minutes drive to downtown. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Lovely view. The only negative thing I would say is the tv is small, and the mount is not on a swivel. The couch isn’t the most comfortable, but the bed is. But with the tv being smaller and not on a swivel you don’t have the best viewing from the bed. Besides that it’s a great place to be and stay.

This property was fantastic! Perfect for a couple. The location is amazing! Short walk to the beach and shorter walk to the pool! The studio apartment was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Great stay

Small issues. Took us a couple minutes to find it. And the streaming WiFi dropped a couple of times while we were there, never for very long. The bed sheets had a stain on it but nice clean extra ones solved the problem. Rest of the condo was nice and clean. Relaxing stay.

First visit to Manistee

Lovely place. Made the suggestion to have kitchen towels/hot pads, hairdryer and personal soaps. Having the option of the indoor pool was great when the weather wasn't great. Enjoyed really good food at the downtown restaurants.

Lovey getaway

Our kids were at camp so we had a few nights to ourselves. This was the perfect studio condo for us. Beautiful view!! Comfy bed. Very clean, quiet community and lovely area. Short walk to beach. Few thoughts. Every thing in this condo is very nice except the blue plastic plates. The company sends some helpful info ahead of time. This is great but not updated. They said bring coffee and beach chairs, but it was there when we got there. It said drip coffee maker but had Nuspresso and pods. Very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs but had gone to the trouble to bring ours.

Just what the doctor ordered!!!

Nice...peaceful...beautiful! 5th Ave Beach 5 minutes walk from the unit. Very comfy and clean. Very responsive and accessible property management, but they made it so easy we never had to call! You need to get in your car to go out to dining or attractions (nothing is more than 10 minutes away), and the beauty of that is, that when you return, you're coming back to your little hideaway!

Picturesque stay in Manistee

Nice setting right next to the beach, enjoyed access to indoor pool and hot tub. Many nice modern renovations and enjoyed the nespresso machine for a good start to the morning. We will plan to stay again in the future!

Perfect quiet spot for a winter getaway

This place was perfect for my needs. It’s located within walking distance to the lake and downtown, and there is a pool and hot tub about 50 steps away! I loved using the gas fireplace and riding out the winter storm inside. This neighborhood is really quiet this time of year. If you like to cook, you may think to bring your own essential prep gear because this place is really only outfitted for bare bones reheating and take out. I had a great stay and am thinking of bringing my wife back before this winter is done, too.
