Dueña borde e irrespetuosa

El verano pasado nos alojamos 15 días mi esposa, hija y yo en este apartamento; su estado es aceptable aunque mejorable (un solo juego de sábanas y toallas para los 15 días, bombillas fundidas que no se repusieron, escasa iluminación en la terraza, rayones y grietas en paredes). Lo mejor la amplitud, muy bien el sistema de A/A, y bien las piscinas de la urbanización. Lo peor la plaza de parking (muy difícil aparcar un coche grande). Y muy deficiente el trato recibido de la dueña (una tal Margaret). Fue con nosotros muy desagradable y borde antes y durante la estadía. Tuvimos que esperar hora y media para la entrega de llaves, tras ocho horas de viaje. No había nadie esperándonos, pese a haber acordado con la dueña la hora de llegada (4 tarde en recepción urbanización). Su teléfono de contacto no estaba operativo y tuvimos que recurrir al teléfono de Vrbo; tras numerosas llamadas y el sofocón de verte timado, apareció un individuo extranjero que nos llevó al apartamento, desconociendo su ubicación, hasta que por fin dio con él. Conservo todos los comentarios que nos cruzamos con la dueña como demostración de quién sabe estar y quién echa de su casa a la gente. Fue nuestro caso, que repetiremos por la zona, pero para nada en este alojamiento. No se debe ir de sobrada y sabionda por la vida. Nunca habíamos recibido un trato tan ruin y desvergonzado de alguien a quien no conoces y le pagas un servicio que te cuesta una buena pasta.
