Experience the best in this beautiful new furnished apartment, perfectly located near the port of La Duquesa (Manilva) and surrounded by La Duquesa Golf. Only 3 minute drive (or 15 minutes walk) to the port and beach where you can find nice restaurants and bars. Exploring the stunning coastline from Marbella, Estepona up to Gibraltar are all within reach. Several nature reserves and authentic villages are a must see.

This corner apartment has a phenomenal view from different angles with a private entrance, perfect for those seeking independence and tranquility. The apartment features a spacious living room, a covered large terrace with view on the swimming pool and coastline. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and a microwave.

The apartment has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From both bedrooms there is access to the terrace with unobstructed views of the sea and nature.
