New for rental this year a completely refurbished three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse in Jardines de la Duquesa, the complex is situated in el Hacho on the Duquesa Golf course. Built over two levels with a full bathroom in the ground level, large lounge with an American style open plan kitchen, terrace and private patio with lots of sun. The three bedrooms are located on the upper level with another terrace with views to the sea. The house has air conditioning throughout, wifi and a parking space just by the front door.



The communal swimming pool is just a short walk from the house.
