Very safe and quiet. Building has 24 hour gate security guards and also security guard at the lobby. Very near SM Aura and Market Market.. There’s a convenient store and a 24 hour fast food at the building next to it.

Very convenient and affordable in BGC plus kitchen is so nice to have. I would recommend for 2 people 4 is a strech with a small area uncomfortable couch which was fine for my young Filipino niece but not an adult. Outstanding value for BGC and clean
