Reymar and Joel provided a warm welcome and a smooth airport pickup. John Paul and the housekeeping lady assigned to my room ensured it was always immaculate and comfortable. Rhom, who often took my late-night room service calls, was consistently cheerful and accommodating even at 2 or 3am. And David from concierge went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled. The staff and crew truly made my stay special, their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality set Solaire North apart.
