The condition in the lobby is terrible no aircon at all. And they don’t even provide a fan that will ease the hot temperature inside the lobby and that’s an acceptable situation every body is complaining. Overall the staff is good and accommodating kudos to the staff but not to the management of the hotel.

Let me start with the cons here; checking in took us a solid 1hr 5 mins in line. It was the slowest experience i had. Then comes the elevator to get to our room that also took so long. Breakfast needs improvement. And, last but not the least, pls improve the water pressure. It was bad. Pros; staff are nice. Hotel is walking distance to the mall.
