The location was amazing, right on the ocean the staff were very nice and could not do enough for us, we had an issue with our bungalow and we were upgraded to a luxury private villa which was totally awesome… Thank you Nirwana ❤️

Overall our experience was wonderful, it was a perfect opportunity to switch off and relax from the pressure of life. The grounds and staff are exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you. The accommodation is stylish with plenty of room however there’s a mould smell which was probably from our roof which leaked when it rained. A lot of insects in the also.

Loved my stay. Great hotel right on the ocean, great staff and food lovely. Need to walk to shops but the local warungs will pick up and drop off. Recommend the ocean front rooms.

The highlight of this property is the staff and the location. Beautiful gardens, sea front pool and bungalows. Note: there is no beach at this property. But you are right in front of the sea. The property has been fully refurbished less than a year ago so everything looks good. The decor is lovely, amazing gardens. The staff is extremely accommodating, welcoming and just lovely to deal with. We stayed at the Ocean view bungalows - incredible! You wake up with the sound of waves and birds. Just amazing! My only comments would be: The bathroom floors are extremely slippery when wet. There was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. But it wasn’t constant so couldn’t really understand why. Breakfast is good. There could be some improvement on bakery goods. But they have an amazing selection of asian and western breakfasts. We really liked the guava juice. We ate at the restaurant one evening and it was ok, but our most expensive meal during our stay. There are a lot of restaurants close by that offer a free pickup/drop off service for dinner. Overall we would recommend Nirwana Beach Resort!

Absolutely amazing experience I can absolutely recommend this place. STAFF is amazing. I checked in late 2 of them welcomed me next morning I wake up and walking around every staff that I encountered called me by my name. I was blown away by how they know who am I. Absolutely 10* Pool and sound of ocean I would stay in pool every night passed midnight because it was so peaceful

The resort and the grounds are lovely and meticulously maintained. Absolute waterfront position... stunning. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. While it is a little way out from the main restaurant strip, the resort can organise transport at a very small fee or restaurants offer free pickup and drop off service.

This is a fantaatic resort to chill at with the ocean at your doorstep. Staff are fantastic and thoughtful. Lotsof nearby acrivities and amenities but we are happy to have 48 hours and not leave the resort!

Resort is down a deserted lane well off the road making it inconvenient. Food at Resort is poor which is made even worse because it is inconvenient to get to town. More free water should be given because of this as well.Not good value for money compared to other resorts in this class in Bali.

Beautiful tranquil resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights of complete rest and relaxation. The Nirwana staff were excellent & so polite & friendly. The pool is reasonably maintained & is perfectly positioned facing out to the ocean. The rooms are very comfortable for the price. The gardens & grounds are very pretty & we'll maintained. Would highly recommend a massage at the Spa, we had one every day!

Beautiful hotel but showing some signs of age. Things are falling apart a bit but it's still a beautiful place. Staff is friendly but they could not charge our food purchases to my credit card at checkout because the machine didn't work so I lost out on a lot of points. Their restaurant is really good. Overall okay stay. Great for a few nights to relax. WiFi DOES NOT work in rooms. We had the closest room to the restaurant and it still didn't work. Had to sit next to the pool or in the hotel.

Dirty room!!!!

Had to ask for bedding to be changed on arrival as dirty brown stain on sheets. Room was dusty and there were drapes hanging over the bed that were ripped; and filthy. Couldnt wait for the one night stay to end, No access to the beach from resort. Unable to go for a walk as the road in was littered with stray dogs and chooks. And the resort on a cliff so cant go anywhere. Very unpleasant stay for what we paid
