The Space - Tucked down a quiet ROW, you’ll find our fully fenced property with off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles (or 3 plus a boat).

You’ll arrive to a north-facing outdoor entertaining area, complete with:

Weber BBQ
Wood-fired pizza oven - ingredients inc, plus a bread maker for dough
Private spa pool

Further back is the outdoor shower and fish prep bench - absolute must-haves after a day at the beach.

Inside, the Bach features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Sink into the plush couch for a movie, challenge each other to board games, or gather around for good food and better company.

Upstairs is your sanctuary - a sunny master bedroom with ensuite and private patio overlooking the Brynderwyns.

We know what it’s like living with teenagers, so we’ve converted the garage into a rumpus room / fourth bedroom. Fully carpeted and insulated, with a heat pump for winter, and air conditioner for summer. It includes fold-out sofas, bunk beds, entertainment and loads of space - comfortable, fun, and just far enough away.
