Beautiful beachfront house with pool and barbecue area

Beautiful house located on the edge of Praia Vermelha, Ibicuí, Mangaratiba. The beach has white sand and calm waters. There are 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 of which are suites, 5 bathrooms, dining room, Home Theater with 65 inch TV and 500Mb fiber optic Wifi, equipped kitchen, furnished. Balcony with hammocks. Garden with swimming pool and barbecue overlooking the sea, garage, pool table and no water problems. Police guardhouse at the access and private street with ample parking. We charge for electricity according to consumption during the period.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Casa muito agradável, praia muito prazerosa de segunda a sexta, muito cheia no final de semana. Tivemos alguns problemas com pernilongo ao final da tarde, ao fecharmos a porta o ambiente ficou com temperatura desconfortável, sugiro se possível instalar ar condicionado na sala, ficaria perfeito. De modo geral todos gostamos muito da estadia.

A casa é boa, tirando o fato que não está descrito no anúncio de que é cobrado a luz por fora e só fornecem roupas de cama mediante taxa de limpeza no valor de R$150,00 e na praia fica um bar com o som ligado até as 03 horas. De resto um bom lugar pra passeio familiar.

Considero uma boa casa com 3 quartos

A casa é boa, arejada e integrada com os 3 quartos de casal, sendo os outros 2 quartos de solteiro na área externa da casa, o que não consta no anúncio, pois se for contar de usar para crianças não dá para acomodar sem adultos até porque o banheiro fica fora dos quartos também.... os mesmos não tem o conforto dos internos e as janelas dão para um corredor com as escadas de acesso a casa principal Fomos recebidos pela filha do caseiro Wagner que nos passou as instruções e fez a marcação do relógio, registro esse que fomos comunicados somente após a contratação e pagamento do imóvel. A piscina estava em tratamento com a bomba ligada por nossa conta, tratamento esse que durou toda a nossa estadia na casa, mas como choveu vários dias não tivemos a necessidade de uso, porém no dia do checkin e do checkout estava sol... A geladeira tb não estava OK, pingava e molhava tudo na parte interna, mas segundo Instruções funciona desse jeito, porém acho que era defeito, mas como sai um hóspede e entra outro muito em cima me parece que não dá tempo do proprietário ajustar muita coisa. A praia é calma e o lugar bom para veraneio, pena que a chuva atrapalhou por um período. Percebemos o empenho do proprietário em ajudar quando o caseiro entrava em contato, mas algumas coisas resolvemos nem reivindicar por motivos óbvios, foram cinco diárias para 5 casais 6 xícaras e 1 copo de vidro.... devido nossa reclamação que estavam bebendo cerveja em copo descartável liberaram 6 copos alegando que os hóspedes quebram... Fomos até o shopping Piratas em Angra e compramos mais 6 taças, Todo negócio tem perdas e ganhos, pagamos uma taxa alta e deveria constar esses danos que de nossa parte não houve, portanto não tínhamos nada com isso... os utensílios deveriam ser para as 10 pessoas pois foi contratado previamente , mas.... A casa está precisando de mais atenção dos proprietários para fiscalização e manutenção, que não funciona muito por telefone... No mais agradecemos e nos despedimos atenciosamente Lucélia e grupo

Casa excelente

Passei um feriado prolongado nesse imóvel, e não tenho o que reclamar. A começar pelo caseiro Wagner, sempre prestativo, desde o check-in até ao check-out. A residência possui todos utensílios básicos para serem utilizados no dia a dia. A localização é ótima, por ser uma rua “fechada” com cancela. Resumindo, não tivemos nenhum problema, e eu posso afirmar que assim que puder, voltarei nela.
