The Golfette "- the golf villas are located in the town of Manerba del Garda, just opposite to the golf courses of the famous Gardagolf of Soiano del Lago. In quiet, inserted in a residential area, completely autonomous and independent with all the services are cottages just ended in their low environmental impact construction. They are developed on 3 levels: basement with a large living room, bedroom with bathroom and laundry area; ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathroom and comfortable seating overlooking the outdoor patio; first floor with two bedrooms with balconies overlooking the hills of Valtenesi and large windowed bathroom. The villa features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a large private garden and a carport outside. Modern and carefully chosen furnishings give a touch of class and elegance to any environment, making it immediately appreciate those who discover it for the first time.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. An sich ist das Haus wirklich schön. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Lage (rein vom Ort gesehen) ist top. In 15 min mit dem Auto am Strand, in 5 Minuten beim Einkaufen, 1,5 h bis Mailand, 20 min bis Desenzano. Unbefugte haben keinen Zugang zum Resort.Der Privatpool ist spitze, ebenso das Grundstück. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert im Erd- und ersten Obergeschoss. Der Keller (als Schlafzimmer genutzt) nicht, ist aber auch nicht nötig.Leider hat die Klimaanlage sehr unangenehm gerochen und war wirklich lange nicht gereinigt. Haben wir gemeldet....sei normal.Die Matratzen waren alle neu, leider echt nicht gut.Unser Fazit: Wirklich gutes Haus, wenn noch ein wenig in Küchenausstattung und Renovierung investiert werden würde. Nicht falsch verstehen. Man kann prima in dem Haus wohnen, es gibt jedoch ein paar Abstriche. Die leider in wichtigen Bereichen.Erwähnen muss ich noch die Nähe zur viel befahrenen Straße. Für uns nicht so tragisch, sollte aber erwähnt werden.
