Villa Sole is for two families and it has got a private swimming pool just for our guests and it is very close to the lake. It has been newly refurbished and renovated and it is of about 95 m2 and it is divided into two floors for a maximum of 6 people.
The Villa has got a living room together with kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The Kitchen is well-equipped and it has got a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a freezer and gas stove.
On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms (one of them has got a French bed) and another bathroom with shower I
In the garden you will relax yourself in the beautiful and private swimming pool with deck-chairs.
You can park your car in the garden. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
The Villa is situated near the beach Romantica in Manerba del Garda, just few minutes by foot.
You will find there a beautiful promenade overlooking the lake with many restaurants and bars.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und nur 200 m zum See
Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub braucht. Der Privatpool ist riesig, so dass man vernünftig Bahnen schwimmen kann. Auch das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und die überdachte Terrasse haben ein tolles Umfeld geboten, um schöne Familienstunden zu verbringen. Unser Hund hat die Nähe zum Hundestrand besonders genossen, wo er jeden Tag schwimmen war. Da Manerba kein touristischer Hotspot ist und unser Haus ruhig zwischen anderen 1-2 Familienhäuser stand, war es auch in Zeiten von Corona kein Problem Abstand zu halten und trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus
Da ich mich nicht unnötig wiederholen möchte, schließe ich mich ganz faul und einfach den anderen Bewertungen an.
Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Den tollen Pool mussten wir trotz des inzwischen abgekühlten Wassers (eben Herbst) mit großer Freude nutzen. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man zu einem schönen Aufenthalt braucht und die Lages des Hauses (200 Meter zum See) ist ebenfalls perfekt.
Unbedingt buchen!

Moderne Villa mit riesigem Pool
Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub in einer modernen Villa mit luxuriöser Ausstattung. Der Außenbereich mit großzügigem, 2 m tiefen Pool ist in ruhiger Lage weg vom Straßenverkehr verortet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind separat klimatisiert und im ersten Stock angeordnet. Neben den Schlafzimmern ist im ersten Stock noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV. In der großen Küche gibt es zwei große Kühlschränke, sodass man jederzeit Lebensmittel als auch ausreichend Getränke kühlen kann. Im Außenbereich sind zudem noch 6 Liegestühle und eine Aussendusche am Pool vorhanden. Insgesamt hatten wir eine super entspannte Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!
