Residence Montecolo is situated in Manerba del Garda and it is a well-finished apartment complex with a large pool open from 1st of june to the mid of September overlooking the lake and a playground for children. The pools are monitored by a lifeguard and the area is provided with beach chairs and umbrellas. Here you can find a very pleasant atmosphere.

The residence comprises also a football and beach volley field, a playground for children and a barbecue area overlooking the lake.



Out apartment Fedra is very comfortable and furnished with attention to details and it has got a balcony overlooking the lake. Here you can start your day with a delicious breakfast and an amazing view over the lake. The apartment is composed by a living room with the kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, window and washing machine.

In the underground car park is available a numbered parking spot and there is also a separated garage where you can place your bikes, ecc.

The residence is on a slope where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view. The port (Porto Dusano) and a tiny beach are distant almost 400 m from the apartment and, however, there are 2 delicious restaurants, 2 ice-cream parlors, and 2 litlle shops. Manerba is not so crowded, but it offers many things to do in your freetime.

The area around the Rocca of Manerba is perfect to go jogging or riding bikes. In order to visit better the area, we recommend you to come by car.



To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Schöner Urlaub in Top-Anlage mit super Service

Die Bettdecken in unser Wohnung waren sehr dünn, für diese Jahreszeit zu dünn. Wir haben uns beholfen, indem wir die Bettdecken aus dem Kinderzimmer zusätzlich eingezogen haben.

Sehr gern wieder

Uns hat der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist super, allerdings haben mir kleine Details für Gemütlichkeit gefehlt. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert und die Schlafzimmer waren tatellos. Unser privater Parkplatz im Parkhaus war super. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und es gab immer etwas Neues zu entdecken. Die Couch könnte erneuert. Die hat leider nicht zum rumlümmeln eingeladen. Dies die Worte meines 13 jährigen Sohnes. Leider gab es auch nur italienische Fernsehsender. Wir waren zwar viel draußen, aber die Jugend von heute, wollte eben mal lange TV schauen und das war nicht möglich. Es hat auch ein Radio gefehlt und im Bad hätten es mehr Hänge- und Ablagefächer geben können. Ansonsten eine super tolle Wohnung.

Urlaub am Gardasee

Wir waren im März 2023 in der sehr schönen, gepflegten Anlage im App. Fedra 9. Die Wohnung ist schön und mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Toll war der Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See. Da noch keine Saison war, konnten wir wunderbar die Ruhe genießen. Wir werden zu dieser Zeit bestimmt wiederkommen. Also alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Leider konnten wir nicht viel fernsehen , da nur italienische Sender zu empfangen waren.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in tooler Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Tolle und ruhige Anlage! Sehr gepflegt. Schöner Poolbereich. Fußläufig ist der See und 2 Restaurants in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Wir waren jetzt schon 2x in der Wohnung und haben für nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Toller Pool, schöne gemütliche Wohnung, Ausstattung durchschnittlich. Insgesamt ein Punkt Abzug, weil checkin etwas mühsam war (Tür war doppelt verriegelt, es musst erst noch einer kommen und uns aufschließen).

Spitzen Anlage mit super Pool

Die Anlage ist in einen Top Zustand. Sehr sauber und alles immer gepflegt. Ein Sehr toller Pool mit schöner Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Die Anlage bekommt die Note Sehr gut die Ferienwohnung würde ich eine 2 minus geben. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto und eine Garage für z. b. : Leihfahrräder. Die Küche könnte umfangreicher mit Koch Utensilien ausgestattet sein. Hier fehlte z. b. der Schneebesen. Es könnten mehr Steckdosen in der Wohnung sein.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung war groß und hatte ausreichend Stauraum für 4 Personen. Toll waren die beiden Terrassen. Auf der einen konnte man die Morgensonne beim Frühstück genießen mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Von der anderen hatte man den Pool im Blick und konnte so auch mal die Kinder alleine hinschicken. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zu Fuß geht man nicht lange in den Hafen und ein Bäcker ist mit dem Auto auch in 2 Minuten erreichbar. In ca. 15 Minuten hat man mit dem Auto auch größere Supermärkte erreicht. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man viele Ausflugsziele sehr schnell. Wir würden wieder buchen. Kontakte in der Anlage zu knüpfen ist schwierig da es sich hier überwiegend um italienische Eigentümer der einzelnen Wohnungen handelt.
