Terrace of 36 sqm West/South exposed with outdoor garden, sun loungers and beautiful sea view, private parking.

6 km from Cannes, luxury domain in the hills of Mandelieu. In common (residence) : Heated pool with submerged beach (15m x 4m - depth 80-140cm) Sauna, Jacuzzi.
