We stayed 4 nights at Toyoko Inn, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice with a comfortable bed. We were met at the airport on arrival and shuttled to the hotel. It was nice to have breakfast included- more gluten free options would have benefited us. It was very convenient to stay here right at the mall where we could choose from many places to eat and easily get transportation. We’d recommend staying here to be on the north side of Cebu City in Mandaue. Housekeeping is daily or they leave towels if you put out DND sign too.

We extended our 1 night stay. The room is not overly spacious but it’s clean, nice and having breakfast included is nice. Some foods are interesting for breakfast but it’s Asia! We appreciated the airport shuttle. Staff are very friendly and welcoming!!

Hotel next to a shopping mall with many dining and shopping options. My only problem was not finding typical western breakfast items at the breakfast buffet such as eggs, cheese. Ncchrese and even no eggs on some days.

I always stay here because it’s a great and professional property. The mall next to this hotel is very easy to access by the center elevators in the hotel. I also like the addition of music playing in the halls of the different floors. Thanks to everyone working at this hotel for the great job they do making foreigners feel welcome! Bathrooms are smaller, with toilet next to the basin. If you are a basic traveller this shouldn't be an issue. Also rooms are smaller. This is an inn, not an hotel. If you a traveller who loves big space, and your height and weight requires space then feel free to book elsewhere. If you are fit, a travelling tourist who likes basic things, I would recommend this place. Airport pick up and drop off is free. However, you must always book in advance.

The property is connected to SM Mall Cebu. Its a beautiful mall with tons of dining options. What is really remarkable is the staff here at Toyoko Inn. They are extremely friendly and kind. They all communicate very well with guests and assist in every way they can. I was meant to spend one night only here, but seeing the overwhelming friendliness of the staff, I decided to extend and stay on for two additional nights.
