Cozy In Town Manchester Studio w/ Loft Bedroom.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a working studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. Hot tub, outdoor shower and outdoor space is accessible. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).

The space
The barn is a multi-use building with a work shop on one end, our design/marketing office on the other. In the center is a general studio/work space with very comfortable sitting area, bed loft, kitchenette and 3/4 bath. Plenty of room to stretch out. TV, music system, high speed wi-fi is included. Each section of the barn has its own exterior entrance as well as interior access that can be closed off. Lots of privacy. The outdoor area and amenities are shared with those in the house.

Guest access
On site parking. Less than a 5 minute walk to route 11/30, shopping and restaurants.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

We didn’t use the hot tub although it’s a nice feature. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was fine for us in terms of making breakfast and having coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. Perhaps because we’re over 70 (but in decent shape) we managed to successfully navigate the spiral staircase even with our luggage. It was shown in your photos so we were forewarned. Thanks very much.

We enjoyed our stay in the Barn. The downstairs area had comfortable seating and a compact, efficient kitchen area. Loved the access to the backyard and outdoor shower and being able to walk to restaurants. The bed in loft was very comfortable. I also appreciated the design/decor. I would stay here again!
