Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a balcony overlooking the lagoon, a location for a quick bike ride to Long Beach Island and central AC & heating. Furnished Living room, new oven stove top, dishwasher and refrigerator. Additional interior features including granite countertops, new kitchen island, and dining room area. The upstairs features 2 brand new bedrooms and a new full bath. The exterior features include a deck overlooking the lagoon, BBQ (available for use) and a spacious backyard area for gatherings. New safety rail and gate installed by owners for waterfront protection for the little ones. Bring your water sport toys and enjoy this beautiful home in Beach Haven West. Just a short drive to Long Beach Island, and close to the ever expanding town of Manahawkin. Pets can be approved on a case by case basis. This is a smoke free property inside.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family of 6 had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this home. The home was fully renovated, extremely clean and the waterfront property made for a perfect summer getaway! Not to mention a short drive to Long Beach Island attractions.

Lovely Home

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is well stocked especially for the summer months. Location is 10 minutes from any LBI beach or restaurants. The outside decks (upper and lower) are wonderful to hang out on and watch the boats and birds on the canal.
