Ses Comes is a charming rural estate located in the municipality of Manacor, in a tranquil natural setting but just a few minutes from the city, making it the ideal place for a family or friends' holiday.



The house, in a Mallorcan rustic style, offers all the necessary comfort for a cosy stay. Upon entering, a pleasant dining room welcomes us, which connects to a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite television. The kitchen, spacious and functional, features an additional table for meals and is fully equipped to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes.



The property has capacity for 5 people and features 3 bright rooms: a single room, a room with two single beds, and a main bedroom with a double bed. It also has a full bathroom with a bath-shower and an additional toilet.



In the exterior, the estate offers a spacious and well-maintained area, with a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. The covered porch with an outdoor dining area and barbecue invite you to enjoy dinners outdoors in a green and serene setting, with views of the countryside.



The property includes a parking space and is located very close to the centre of Manacor, where you will find supermarkets, shops and all the services necessary for a comfortable stay.
