Punta de Vistalegre is a holidays villa with a private pool, located in a very quiet rural setting, nearby the beach, in the outskirts from Porto Cristo on the east coast of Mallorca.

Wi-Fi is accessible from the entire property, including the large outdoor areas surrounding the pool, like terraces and more than 200 square metres of lawn.

In summer we keep a seasonal vegetables garden, which is an excellent complement to a well equipped kitchen.

During your stay, the holiday home and the estate, will be available to you exclusively.

The pool is in front of the house, surrounded by large and sunny terraces. It has an area of 32 m² (8 x 4 m) and a depth of 0.90 m to 1.80 m.

The main entrance leads directly into the dining room, from where you can access the other rooms. It has another entrance, next to the kitchen leads onto a terrace. Its area is 28 m².

Bedrooms

The main bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a double bed and an area of 13 m².

There are two more bedrooms upstairs. These have spectacular views over the countryside and onto the sea in the distance. They both have two beds, but one has a bed situated on a raised platform at over two metres from the floor. They have an area of 11 and 10 m².

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and it is located next to the dining room on the ground floor. It covers an area of 13 m². It contains the following items: Complete crockery and cutlery sets for 12 people, dishwasher, cooking rings with an induction ceramic glass plate, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, coffee-pot, an Italian coffee maker and a Nespresso and kettle.

The living room is a large room that is completely open to the outside, it has four windows that offer us spectacular views over the fields, with the sea and the mountains in the background. It is on the upper floor and has an area of 19 m².

The holiday home has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor, equipped with a bathtub and bidet. It occupies an area of 13.45 square meters. The other, on the other hand, is on the upper floor, next to the two rooms with an area of 3 m².

The laundry room is on the ground floor and can be accessed from the exterior of the house, it has a washing machine and an iron. We provide washing materials. It has an area of 8 m².

This country side villa on Mallorca, was constructed at the beginning of the twentieth century as a farm building for the land which surrounds it. The house has undergone various extensions over the years, as required by changes in the way the land is worked, before being completely refurbished to become a holiday rental. The oldest part is constructed from stone and earth, which were taken from the land that it serves. The rest of the building has been constructed with marès – a type of sandstone that is easy to work and found in abundance on Mallorca.

The property, in which the cottage is located covers 46,168 m² and continues to function agriculturally, with a small flock of sheep.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
